Great spot, nice and central. Great host.
Beautiful 'cottage' and comfortable. Suggestions are to warn about the intense water shortage in PE and warn visitors to be frugal. I only realized this at the end of my visit, but got no information. Hot water is very hot and my suggestion is to turn down the geyser's temperature to save electricity.
Brian is a very hospitable and very helpful. The car slept safely in a garage and the location is very good. You can get to anywhere in PE quickly and easily. We will definitely stay at B's again if we are in PE.
Brian and Lynne are very friendly and helpful - the unit was spotless and comfortable had everything I needed, and was like home from home.

Brain went out of his way to accommodate us until late in the evenings. Very centrally located, but premises are very safe. Neat and clean with everything one would need. Comfortable stay with a young child. Will definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was large with two large beds. There was a fridge, microwave and TV. The bathroom is very large with a bath and shower. Everything was spotless. The location is ideal with nice restaurants within walking distance. I can recommend B's Place for sure.
