Buitehof Kelder is a beautiful little house with a very peaceful atmosphere, which was perfect for a weekend break. The rooms are very neat and the owner clearly made an effort to make sure that everything we would need was provided, from coffee and biscuits to irons and hair dryers. We can highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Robertson.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Buitehof Kelder. The quality of the beds was excellent and the cottage pretty well equipped. Plenty of firewood for a fantastic wood burning fire. Hosts very friendly, as were the staff who assisted us. All in all a truly memorable stay. We will return one day.
We had the best stay. Madeleine was an excellent host. She made sure we knew the load-shedding schedule every day. We made a fire every night and went for a great morning run through the vineyards. We would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Here where Klara and Dina give you a friendly welcome and owners who make you feel so welcome, what more could you ask for. A guesthouse with a difference. Homeliness and unpretentious comfort. For me it felt like a home away from home and I just wanted to stay there for a very long time, I would love to go back one day for more!

I would recommend Buitehof Kelder to any traveler. Our hostess, Madeleine, was very friendly and very helpful. There was even braai wood for an impromptu braai. The chats with the rest of the family had been very pleasant and the dog children were a feast. Everything was very neat and very comfortable. We are very sorry that we only stayed one night and will definitely visit Buitehof again in the future.
The cottage is very modern, very well equipped and everything you need. Biscuits are provided with the coffee! Very cute braai boma and nice stoep! Spacious rooms and friendly dog kids who come to say hello - would highly recommend!

Our friendly, helpful hostess Madelein made us feel welcome from the second we booked. She went out of her way to make sure our stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The cottage was very clean and has everything you need. It is just outside Robertson and easy to find. The surrounding is safe and there is a lovely dam for kids to go and explore. It is close enough to walk to but not so close that is poses as a danger for smaller kids. The view and area is beautiful. The beds very comfortable. Showers big and super hot water. The braai area is a treat and they have wingers stompies which is an treat.
The unit has absolutely everything you need, just add the beautiful garden and view then your accommodation is perfect!
The cottage has been furnished with much love and attention to detail. It was spotless and had everything one would need in a self-catering cottage, down to home baked rusks! We loved the fire pit, the outdoor seating area, the fact that our car was parked in the shade in the sweltering heat. We will surely be back!
The housing unit was clean, tidy and had more than most self-catering units. Very good reception and hostess was available and extremely helpful right through the weekend. We had access to the farm, orchards and hiking trails. Definitely an experience I would recommend and place I want to visit again.

We loved our one night stay at Buitehof! The unit is lovely decorated and modern with all the necessary requirements for a self-catering unit! We enjoyed having some wine under the front vine pergola and a lovely braai at the back boma. We will definitely recommend Buitehof to anyone finding themselves in the area.
