3 guests' feedback2nd time there and is always a blast. Peaceful, quiet, rustic cottage. Perfect getaway. Not too far from Robertson so you can still go explore. Will definitely go back again.
Our family came to visit Buitenstekloof with friends, we stayed in "Baboons gift" and the roof leaked, the power doesn't last long no matter how frugal you are with it. The hot water for shower is also a problem.
Lovely, quiet place to stay. All amenities as mentioned. Wood for the hot tub was wet though and definitely not enough to heat the tub in winter.

Please note that mobile reception is not available at the cottage as it is surrounded by mountains, but there is reception close by before entering the kloof on the farm.No smoking indoors.
