Will definitely be back. Loved the serenity of Rooipensie.
The waterfall hike path is very overgrown and needs maintenance but a beautiful area.
We really enjoyed it in the Rooipensie Cottage. We found the rest here that we needed. Nice to sit by the fireplace in the rain and immediately afterwards just enjoy the sunshine outside. The Mountain Pool right in front of the house was our favorite with all the animals frolicking there.
All complaint is the fact that the gas geysers do not work well, so showering is a challenge.
Awsome location. Pity I could not explore a bit more.
