Prince’s Grant is a residential Golf estate situated on the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal overlooking the Indian Ocean and the scenic Mdlotane River. The river is rich with fish and has abundant birdlife as well as the majestic Fish Eagle, who’s cry can be heard from far away.

The house comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests at a time. Situated overlooking the 6th fairway with a stunning scenic view of the dam, the main house comprises an open-plan lounge and a dining room with lovely stacking doors leading onto a large, covered verandah, the perfect indoor and outdoor living space.

The semi open-plan kitchen leads into the dining room with ample seating where guests can enjoy their meals together. There is also a separate scullery with laundry facilities.

There are 2 bedrooms in the main house and comprises a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and basin in each. The main house also has a guest toilet for convenience.

The third bedroom, fitted with a double bed is separate from the main house, perfect for couples who enjoy a bit of peace and quiet or noisy teenagers who love to stay up late. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin.

The house affords guests secure parking in a single garage, a carport and a golf cart garage.

Prince’s Grant is a residential 18-hole Championship Golf Estate. The Estate boasts world-class facilities with something for everyone including tennis courts, squash courts, swimming pools, canoeing on the lagoon, golf, access to the clubhouse, a pro-shop, bird watching, nature trails and 3 private beach access points.
