The luxury villa, Bushveld Magic, is situated on the 205-hectare Hunter's Pride Wildlife Estate in the Dinokeng Big 5 Game Reserve, located 60 km from Pretoria and 110 km from Johannesburg.
The tastefully furnished house is decorated with handpicked earthy items that have been taken from the bush and crafted into tables or dining room lights.
It comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a side single bed. The second room is furnished with a king-size bed and a single bed. Crisp, white linen is used to ensure a comfortable night's rest. Both rooms have spacious en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, bath, washbasin, and toilet. Hand soap, body lotion, and room mist are complimentary. The bedrooms lead into the center of the house, which features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with internet TV and fast streaming options. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge, cold-water dispenser, oven, stove, microwave, and washing machine.
Sliding doors separate the outside covered verandah from the living area. Guests can enjoy pristine views of the bush while enjoying their meals. Visits from free-roaming zebra, warthog, and impala add to the adventure.
Next to the verandah is a fireplace and boma/braai area on one side and a heated saltwater swimming pool on the other. Under a shady umbrella tree, a large 'Hollywood' swing provides a relaxing view over a bird pond and splendid sunsets. A double carport is part of the house and provides safe undercover parking. Guests can enter the house directly from the carport.
On the large grounds of the estate, there is a children's playground and a mini-golf course for entertainment. Guests need to bring their own golf clubs and balls or bicycles as there are suitable roads for cycling, walking, or jogging inside the fenced-off area. You might be surprised by views of numerous different passing animals, including the Big Five, along the outer fence line.
