There is also a refundable deposit of R1500, which will be refunded within 5 days after inspection if there is no damage. Full DSTV premium package is available on request and at an additional cost.
A once off Cleaning fee of R300 is also payable before arrival.
Please note that smoking inside the house is strictly forbidden and is subject to a penalty without any exception to the rules.

The following rules APPLY TO ALL VISITORS:
1. Parties: Due to the residential occupancy of Fleur Park, regrettably Fleur Park is not suited for parties, therefore NO parties of ANY kind are allowed.
2. Speed limit: in Fleur Park is 15 km/h. Please look out for children.
3. Caravans, erection of tents, portable pools, motorbikes, quadbikes, busses and boats
are not allowed.
4. Rentals: The numbers of guests per chalet at the time of booking must be adhered to! Anybody from the age of 3 years old will be counted as a person.
a. A maximum of 6 persons per 2 bedroom house and
b. 8 persons per 3 bedroom or bigger houses.
c. No day visitors are allowed without prior arrangements.
5. Rules: Normal Municipal rules and regulations apply within Fleur Park.
6. Alcohol usage: Guests are NOT permitted to consume alcohol on the street, lawns, in cars and the beach in front of Fleur Park.
7. Damages: Guests will be held liable for the full cost of the damages caused to the common
property of Fleur Park and/or the private homes and will be recovered from the Guests by deducting the cost from their breakage deposit. Should this not be sufficient, Guests would have to make arrangements for the payment of the balance owing.
8. Noise: Loud music, excessive noise, alcohol abuse and drug use are not permitted. No noise allowed between 23:00 and 09:00. No playing of music from vehicles at all.
Please consider your neighbours at all times and refrain from loud talking, screaming and loud music.
9. Access to the beach: Kindly make use of the access roads to the beach and avoid walking
across home owners’ porch and verandas.
10. Fires: Are only permitted in the designated braai areas.
11. Pets: Guests are not permitted to bring pets along to Fleur Park.
12. Parking/Driving: Only 2 vehicles per chalet are allowed. If you arrive with more than 2
vehicles, please park it in the designated parking area shown to you by your agent. Vehicles
must be parked under carports, ramps and in areas that do not obstruct the other guests or
residents. Driving between the houses and over the lawns, are not permitted.
13. Refuse: Please do not dump/throw or leave shells/stones/gravel/bones on the grass.
14. No playing of ball games between the houses or parked cars.
