Yes, I had a nice stay.
The room is tasteful and immaculate. Everything you could possibly need is provided. The private outdoor patio, pool, lawns, pond and yard as a whole create a quiet, tranquil atmosphere. Everything is very neat, of course, with workers already cleaning the seats early in the morning and taking care of everything. The breakfast is top notch and the hostesses are very pleasant, welcoming and helpful. Also all the staff.
For us it was wonderfully peaceful. The people were friendly and made us feel so at home. Had a great time. Just don't trust your GPS to drive you there, use a road map instead. Drive through Paterson and not Uitenhage.

Good base for Addo Park. Unique wild fig tree.
Very nice farm. Rooms comfortable. We had to drive early and she made an effort to arrange breakfast for us.

Your directions to the B&B were completely inadequate!!!! We drove +- 100km detour.
We really enjoyed our stay at Bydand. The children especially enjoyed the pool after a long drive. Close to Addo, modern & clean facilities. And the owner tried to accommodate us in every way. Can definitely recommend.
