The house is very well-equipped, but need a upgrading.
Shower doors old and need to be replaced. Garage door is a nightmare. Locks are rusted. Kitchen boiler needs to be replaced. Paving tiles are slippery during rain. Safety hazard. People can slip on wet surfaces. Indeed happened. Porch extremely dangerous. Toilets make terrible noise when used.

House rules
No smoking is allowed inside the house. Only 2 small dogs are allowed for R65 per dog per week or weekend, by prior arrangement.The beds have uncovered duvets and pillows. Guests have a choice to bring their own bed linen and bathroom towels, or it can be provided for an additional fee which is payable in advance. An additional fee of R90 per person applies if linen changes are requested.
The balance of the accommodation amount, inventory deposit, the fee for cleaning and any other extras are payable 2 weeks prior to the date of arrival.
For bookings, less than 30 days before stay date the full accommodation amount, inventory deposit and the fee for cleaning is payable in advance.
