Outside, guests can enjoy a covered patio with seating, a Jacuzzi and a braai area, providing the perfect space to relax and spend quality time together.

We had the most wonderful weekend away! A superb establishment with breathtaking views! Thank you for your warm welcome. The home has everything and more that you could ever need to make your getaway just perfect. Absolutely neat and clean, the jacuzzi made the perfect sundowner moments. We will definitely be returning for another weekend break-away.

The house was well furnished, you could just bring yourself and come and enjoy the house. Everything was neat and convenient to use. It was kid friendly too. I would recommend the holiday home to anyone and I will definitely go on holiday again.
Very nice, except the hot tub did not get warm and we could not use it.

House rules
If one expects day visitors during their stay, it is advisable to inform the property management in advance. The responsibility lies with the guests to ensure that their visitors adhere to the house rules.Additional overnight guests seeking accommodation must receive approval from the owner, and a per-person fee will be imposed, subject to the owner's discretion.
To park vehicles, guests are kindly requested to use the designated parking areas provided.
An extra cleaning fee may be levied for excessive mess left behind upon departure.
The house is furnished with solar geysers and backup power. During load-shedding periods, guests are welcome to use the lights, television, Wi-Fi, alarm system, and plugs. However, it is recommended to refrain from using the oven and air-fryer at these times.
The jacuzzi is available for all guests all year, however it is connected to a pre-pay electricity meter which is for the guest's direct account.
Although the tap water in Jacobs Bay is potable, a water purifying filter system is installed in the fridge for convenience, and therefore, no bottled water will be supplied to guests. Water should be used sparingly.
Throughout the stay, guests are encouraged to conserve energy by switching off unused appliances and lights.
Despite the property's complete privacy, consideration for neighbours is appreciated. Quiet hours are from 22:00 PM to 09:00 AM. Excessive noise is not permitted and may lead to immediate termination of the rental agreement, resulting in eviction without a refund.
Large gatherings with more than 10 people in the house are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house, and ashtrays are provided for outdoor use.
The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
Guests are responsible for ensuring the secure closure and locking of all windows and doors when not at home and during the night.
For added safety, the house is equipped with an alarm system, clear-view bars, motion sensors, and security cameras. These cameras record external movements when the alarm is activated. EPR Security conducts patrols during the day and night.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and security, and it is advisable to supervise children while they play outdoors.
The house features 2 flights of stairs, one leading to the main bedroom and one to the loft. Care should be taken to ensure the safety of young children when using the stairs.
When using the braai areas, guests are urged to position the fire towards the back of the braai surface and keep hazardous items away from the fire.
The owners of the beach house cannot be held liable for injuries, loss, or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay.
Any damage or breakage noticed upon arrival should be reported immediately to avoid incorrect charges under the breakage/damage policy.
All damages incurred during the stay must be reported as soon as possible.
Guests are requested to maintain the cleanliness of the house throughout their stay, as a dirty kitchen can attract unwanted insects and pests. Bins are provided for waste disposal.
Towels and bedding supplied by the property remain its property. Guests are advised to use the provided swimming towels for beach outings.
The cleaning fee included in the booking covers the cleaning service required after departure. For extended stays or additional cleaning services during the stay, guests can contact the managing agent to arrange the service. A fee per service applies, excluding the washing and replenishing of bedding, which will be charged separately based on laundromat costs.
