The apartment was well located around all the shops. Walking distance of the beach and restaurants.

It was ok, could better DSTV package, WiFi offer, and update kitchen utensils and crockery. We were greeted with insects and it was frequent throughout the time we were there.

We were pleasantly surprised with the apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a household with 3 small children, away from your own home. Tammy is lovely and a real asset to C-Rus! We will definitely consider C-Rus again.

Stay was nice and peaceful. Place was clean and tidy. Cutlery needs to be replaced, plates and bowls are cracked. Toilet paper can be replaced with 2 ply. You can also think about putting a security gate in front. Furthermore, the stay was wonderful, rested well. Thanks C-Rus. You guys are tops.

Perfectly located close to everything. Secure parking and large apartment. Washing machine and dryer big plus. Lots of storage space for longer stays too. Unfortunately, it feels a bit like the place has been neglected. Bath plug leaks a lot of water. Even before you start bathing, most of the water is out. With a small child, we can't take a shower, so everyone tries to bathe together to save water, but everything runs out of water. Tumble dryer door broken so had to tape it or all your clothes fall out. Clothes-drying rack is broken, so also had to try to fix it with tape. only got two large towels and one hand towel for the 8 nights between 3 people. Big negative was the cleanliness. The lady mentioned on check-in that they are short of staff, but there is dust and mold that has definitely formed over months. The ceiling fans were covered with black dust balls, as were the kitchen lights and in the cupboard where the washing machine was. The bathroom's roof and wall tiles are full of black mould, which is harmful to people. I bought a bottle of Jik and cleaned the whole apartment and washed the floors. The mold comes off easily if someone just cleans it. Floors were also very dirty on the first day we checked in. Closet in smaller room had someone's sock and belt in the bottom so it was not cleaned before our arrival. Very cute place and would like to come again, but cleanliness costs nothing and with so little attention it would make the place perfect.

Feedback from the owner was quick and very detailed. Annette, the lady who welcomed us, was friendly, professional, kind and very helpful. The apartment was clean, neat and had all the modern appliances. Just bring your clothes and food. The view was also fantastic. Apartment is across the sea and close to various shops and restaurants. My 2 teenagers and I enjoyed our weekend a lot.

It was a pleasant weekend at C-rus accommodation. No people who come every now and then to see if you're not tearing down their apartment, but it felt like our home where we were safe. This is the best service I have ever received from a guest house. Just bring your food and clothes, because everything is there! I would definitely stay there again!
