This apartment can accommodate 6 guests and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, the second bedroom is equipped with a double bed, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. Each bathroom is fitted with a separate shower and bath. The well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge, a microwave, an oven, and basic utensils to use.
The adjacent living area has a dining table with seating, sofas to relax on, and a TV with access to streaming services. Guests are required to use their own login details for their streaming services. The living area, as well as the main bedroom, opens onto a private balcony, which boasts lovely picturesque ocean and distant mountain views to admire. Free Wi-Fi Internet access is available in the flat as well.

12 guests' feedbackThe apartment was clean, good location and felt secure with security patrolling at night. Was disappointed in the lack of working appliances, at this daily rate I'd expect everything to work properly. Faulty: microwave, oven, no working aircon but are on apartment photos, main shower door doesn't close. The balcony handrail mounts are rusted off and not safe, this needs replacing for safety. Happy to visit again once it had some maintenance.
The apartment was not cleaned well. All the DSTV channels did not work. The safe is not working. The air conditioners are not working. Upon enquiry, it was stated that it is not advertised as a facility. The right bedding is missing, e.g. king size duvet cover with queen size duvet.
We enjoyed a glass of wine on the balcony while looking at the sunset and forgot the troubles of the day. The living room and comfy couches provided a cozy place to relax and prepare for an evening snooze. The bed was warm and comfortable and made it difficult to get up for work as the beautiful view from the room caught my attention. It was really a pleasure to stay at Sea Spray C101, thank you!

Too bad the fridge doesn't get cold and the freezer doesn't freeze. Kitchen cupboards were so dirty I didn't want to touch them. This during level 3 in COVID-19. Other than that, everything else was good.
The unit comes as advertised and offers good value for money. The location is excellent. There is opportunity to improve. A tumble dryer would be valuable as complex rules do not allow any clothes or towels to be hung on the balcony, there is hanging space in the guest bathroom, but if it is cool it takes a very long time for towels to dry. Air conditioning not working. The unit is not advertised with air conditioning, but it would be welcome. There are broken cabinet doors under the gas grill and under the master bedroom bed. It does not display well, rather store it in the garage.
The only downfall was the uncomfortable mattress in the main bedroom. Definitely needs to be replaced.
First, you pay R450 for cleaning services that never happen, when you inquire you find out that it applies to the day of departure, so you are actually paying for the new guests. However, in the rule book they mention that cleaning must be arranged 24 hours in advance, but if you pay in advance you as a guest assume that it is included. Second, they state an elevator, this does not apply to C101, no elevator or "crash". And it's two floors of stairs, definitely not for someone who has difficulty walking. Third, previous reviews mentioned a broken ironing board which they said had been replaced, untrue, we had to request one. Fourth, there were also only two glasses in a 3-bedroom unit. However, the view was beautiful. However, would not recommend it for small children and older people.
Place was very dirty and funny smell. View very nice. Place needs attention.

The properties are self-catering, meaning guests have the freedom and flexibility to dine in at their own convenience. To get started, complimentary essentials are provided: 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet, 1 bin bag, shampoo, body wash, lotion, conditioner, tea, instant coffee, sugar, and milk. Guests are responsible for replenishing these as needed. If the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher and guests wish to use it, they are asked to bring their own dishwasher tablets or powder.
