This double-storey holiday house can accommodate up to 10 guests and consists of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are located upstairs; the main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a shower and oval bath, and the second and third bedrooms each have twin beds. On the lower level, you will find the fourth and fifth bedrooms; the fourth bedroom has a double and an en-suite shower bathroom and opens to the pool area, and the fifth room is equipped with a double bed as well as 2 single beds with partial sea views.
The open-plan living area and kitchen are located on the upper level. The fully equipped kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, a chest freezer, a microwave, a toaster, kettle, a stove top, an oven, as well as a dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble-dryer, an iron and a fan for convenience. The adjacent open-plan living area offers a large dining table with seating, sofas to relax on and a fireplace.
The lounge opens to the front patio, which offers outdoor furniture, overlooking the coastline. On the other side of the living area, there is an indoor braai facility and glass stack doors that lead to the indoor entertainment area and out to the courtyard and splash pool, with views of the mountains. In addition, the house features a second TV room as well as a double garage for 2 cars to park in.

3 guests' feedbackPenny was very curt and unhelpful, she told us about the shower door that someone had fallen out of the previous week as well as the Jaccuzi that no longer worked and this after I had finished paying for the accommodation - apparently the pool was also not clean but there was promised they would clean it and it was swimmable - thanks. We were on the phone with website and penny about the WiFi all Friday afternoon - we had to go back and forth to the WiFi people for help! On Saturday morning a guy turned up for the TV - we didn't report a TV problem, just a WiFi but the guy says Penny called him Friday night around seven o'clock and said we had a TV problem!
What a stunning house in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer.
We were a group of 7 people using the premises for a conference. There were enough rooms and bathrooms to be comfortable and the view on all sides of the house is breathtaking! Everything you could need was there. Unfortunately the Jacuzzi didn't work, but the heated pool made up for it. When we arrived the pool was green, but there was chlorine to fix it, and we were able to use the pool the second day.

Booking Conditions/Notes:- Please note that guests must collect/drop-off the keys first at Oudebosch Farm Stall, before checking into/checking out the unit, which is approximately 10 km from the key collection offices.
- Minimum 2-night stay
- Same day bookings can only be allowed if the house or an alternative to the house is available for guests.
- Prices are subject to change at any time.
- 50% secures booking, the balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
- Check-in time is 14:00.
- Check out time is 10:00.
- No family pets are allowed
- No smoking permitted inside the establishment.
- No excess noise is permitted at any properties.
- Guests will be held liable for any damages or breakages during their stay.
- Tsitsikamma Seaside Accommodation cannot be held liable in the event of personal injury or damage /theft of personal property occurring during their stay. The use of the facilities are at the guest's own risk and we will not be held responsible for any accidents relating to the use of these facilities.
- Guests will incur R 1000.00 penalty if the number of guests staying in the property exceeds the number of guests paid for as stated on the confirmation form.
- The property must be left in the same condition it was found. All crockery and cutlery must be washed and rubbish placed in the bin.
- Should the house be left in a mess an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
What to bring:
- Please bring your own bath/swimming towels, toiletries (including toilet paper), cleaning materials, bin bags, charcoal, wood, and a DStv decoder smart card.
