Neat and clean. Nice view.
The entrance area and outside building need an update. The entrance area did not have a fresh smell, the carpets are dirty, and so was the furniture in the sunroom. If you can revamp your entrance area then it will make the guest want to come back. The rooms surprised us as we did not expect the rooms to be clean and fresh after the sad look of the entrance area. Also, remove those red flowers. We loved the comfort of the rooms and the breakfast was lovely.
Extremely well situated, comfortable accommodation and excellent, friendly service. Will happily stay there again. 5 star rating and top notch for location, comfort and service.
I would just like to see that with a 4 star rating basic things like water in the room and please better coffee would be provided.
This is a really super hotel - we will certainly be back. Very high standards - well maintained - spotlessly clean and very welcoming!
We spent 1 night in the hotel. It's located across from the fantastic Fish Hoek beach, lovely for swimming. Kalkbay with its bars and restaurants is a mere 10 minutes drive away, the logical choice for dinner after which to return to the peace of the hotel. Breakfast was sufficient and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Calders Hotel as everything was above standard. I had no disappointing incidents at all.
Hotel is located in the center with a chance of traffic noise. Excellent hotel. Airco and beautiful bathroom. Good breakfast. Staff very hospitable. Hotel can serve perfectly as a base for Cape Town and Cape of Good Hope.
