The overall offering is just sufficient for a weary adventure biker.

Being surrounded by natural beauty also helps a lot. We had a very nice stay. The pizza was fantastic! Feel free to drink the Cederberg Pale Ale if you like beer.

The stay was comfortable and the hosts friendly and helpful. Tne information on the website is a bit misleading in term of the amenities. the photo of the tent accommodation is accurate but not sufficient. It is obvious that Camp Nama is still in development and requires some finishing. Camp Nama has potential to be a great stop but requires some finishing off to achieve that state. I gather, having been there, that it is actually intended for bikers. Unfortunately Camp Nama is neas the N7 highway and there is a lot of traffic noise in the background. My question is, when last did the Lekkeslaap team do an on site inspection?
We were received very hospitably. We played pool and darts almost all day as it was raining. We could play music (on their Bluetooth speaker) and use WiFi. Hot pool was off due to load shedding. Dinner was absolutely fantastic. The whole vibe there was very nice and comfortable. Feel at home and have a nice chat. Bathrooms nice and clean, with hot water. We slept nice and warm in the tents. There may be an extra box or table or hook in the tent to put or hang clothes. Furthermore, als was comfortable despite the rain.
We travel with 4 children, smaller and teenagers, and the accommodation was fantastic for all of us. Had dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious.
Just what I needed as I stay and work on a farm and with loadshedding. Every time the power goes off I have to deal with 15 alarms.
They are building self catering accommodation which would be a perfect addition to the camp.
The venue was clean and well maintained. It was basic, but everything one needs. The bar, with hot pool and eating area was gorgeous!
Nice location for an overnight rest along the N7 heading to Karoo or Northern Cape.
