Fantastic location! 13th floor has the best 180 degree view of the sea, beach, mountains and city. Everything was clean and tidy with very comfortable beds, bedding and couches. Very secure covered parking with space for two vehicles. Will definitely book again for our next visit.

The facilities exceed all expectations! All the necessary equipment (washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher), gas grill on the veranda and the best "view" in Strand! The beds are comfortable, linen is neat and clean with enough space for 8 adults. Access control to the premises is excellent with 2 parking spaces allocated to the unit (1303). Inge was very helpful in explaining everything nicely. Just remember to "recharge" the power, especially if the tumble dryer has been used. Many restaurants to choose from within walking distance of the unit. Will use the unit again anytime especially if I am touring with a large group.

Fantastic location (13th floor has best view, even if you are afraid of heights). Everything was neat and clean. There was nothing we needed more, enough crockery, knives, forks, glasses, salad bowls and even stunning steak knives! Beds feel like you're sleeping on a cloud! Coffee machine was an added bonus! Inge was very friendly and helpful! You will definitely see us again! 10/10
The view was just stunning. The experience was exactly what we're looking for.
We had a very nice stay. The wind was not in our favor and this wind is quite a challenge, especially when it is hot.

The apartment on the 9th floor offers stunning views of False Bay as well as beautiful mountain views. The layout is great and space is maximized making a two-family stay (7 people) very comfortable. All furnishings and fittings are top quality and are equipped with all that you would need for a stay. Inge, the property manager is most pleasant and eager to assist. An added bonus is the excellent Cape Cafe coffee shop on the ground floor, excellent pizzas, toasties, breakfast, coffee, everything.
The apartment was comfortably furnished and the atmosphere was special.

The service from the website's agents was excellent and would be happy to recommend them. Accommodation was really value for money and unit in very good condition. Only improvement that could possibly be considered is to replace the outside grill as it was rusted and therefore we could not use it, however this was not a problem as we prepared food inside.
The apartment has everything you need for a long stay with a big family, from a washer and dryer to a coffee machine. It's located a stone's throw from shops and a mall and a few minutes drive from amazing wine estates and restaurants. For those not looking to leave the apartment, there are two great restaurants in the building with a hair salon, spa and sweet shop!
