12 guests' feedbackWe had a great stay, maybe just get some extra fleece blankets in the unit. The living room is quite cool when the temperature is a bit low and the wind is blowing.

Beautiful view across the beach, kitchen well equipped for 8 people with nice coffee machine and outside gas grill (air fryer and oven mitts would be a good addition to the kitchen), enough very comfortable seating for 8 people, good beds with lovely cotton bedding (pillows a bit flat and can be replaced). 4th bedroom by the door had no usable closet space (owner locks all closets for personal use) and no air flow (gets stuffy). Since only master bedroom and living room have air conditioning and wind does not allow windows to stay open, I would suggest 3 fans for the rooms without air conditioning. Beautifully furnished. A screen at the braai will help keep the flame going if the wind is blowing hard. Two secure parking spaces. Everything you need is in the building of restaurant, swimming pool, coffee shop, restaurant, mini grocery store etc.
The place is so clean and has everything we needed, a home away from home. I wish to go back again. Service 100%, location 100%, shops nearby, sea within walking distance. I would recommend everyone who's looking to go to Cape Town to book at the accommodation.
My only additional opinion is that we need more towels because after 2 days, towels don't dry quickly enough. Also, it was the first time we ever had to pay for electricity. Otherwise, it was fantastic.
The apartment was lovely, clean and the beds were super comfortable with fresh white linen. We experienced on the first day that the bath water ran bright rusty orange, but this cleared by the next day. Also on the first day, we blew the power when using the stove and the microwave at the same time, causing an electricity outage. However, these initial problems were sorted out, and we had a fantastic stay. The exceptional views provided a 360-degree lightning show (Cape of Storms), and we were grateful to be warm and toasty inside. The "gym" next to the pool was very disappointing - rusty equipment and seriously needs updating. The location, comfort, and views for days were definitely the highlights, along with the friendly and accommodating owners who checked in on us and immediately sorted out the glitches we experienced on the first day. I would book it again.
Bad smell. Shower drain issue. Have to pay for cleaning services. Guests must use the same towel for the duration of their stay. The washing machine and dryer have a very bad odour; couldn't use them. Dishes aren't washed clean. No blankets. Fewer toilet rolls. The fridge wasn't cleaned properly.
Hiberian Towers is luxuriously furnished with a wonderful view of the sea. All shopping is very close.

We had a very nice stay. Everything was great. It was just a bit warm for feather duvets, but they helped us with lighter bedding. Would be nice if there were beach chairs and an umbrella we could use. We will definitely want to go there again!
