The apartment is well equipped, modernly decorated, close to the sea, shops and restaurants. Unfortunately the Body Corporate does not take a very good look at the block of flats and it looks dilapidated. Our water and power were also off because the Body Corporate did not refill gas in time. Ventilation in the corridors is very poor and with an asthma/bronchitus chest we struggled to breathe between all the daytime smoke. There is also no extra safe space for extra vehicles.
