Braai on the porch could have been nice.
It was wonderful next to the beach and beautiful! Would have enjoyed if the restaurant was open until 8pm. But there is Mr Delivery.
The building is old but comfortable.
Apart from the misunderstanding with payment between you and the hotel, it was pleasant. Aircon was faulty. And! Why pay for parking at the price? Where else can you park! At that price, parking should be free. And WiFi should be free at that price.
Had to pay extra for parking. Pay extra for WiFi. Television out of order.
Can't say anything negative, the place is just outdated.
The people and place were great, as was the heater! However, for self-catering, the pot and pan selection was terrible. We couldn't cook anything but toast. A lot of things didn't work, no coffee press, and we had to pay for everything - even toilet paper.
It was nice. We enjoyed it, but the heater and telephone in the lounge were not working. The housekeeping lady was very helpful. The bed was so comfortable.

Loved the place. Very neat. Noticed security doing rounds. We asked for more shower gel, within minutes it was delivered to us. Overall very good stay.
The stay was great, the only issue was the air-conditioner wasn't working.

An initial hiccup with the booking was swiftly and professionally dealt with at Ryan at reception, and Ntombi the next morning when we had to move to another unit. The team went out of their way to assist us, and then we could get on with the business of just having the most enjoyable, fun weekend. The facilities are top-notch, the setting amazing value for money and those views and easy beach access will be hard to beat.
It was nice to wake up to the sound of the ocean waves. Where we live is also by the sea but it is a lagoon so there are no waves.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, just a pity the restaurant is closed. The view is beautiful and everything you need is located nearby.
The unit is clean and tidy and very private. Everything needed is in the unit. Attention may only be paid to the bathroom doors that do not close properly. And the curtain really bothered me which is so close to the bed and is in the way all the time when you use the closet. Apart from that we had a very nice stay.
The view is spectacular. Unfortunately, the beach is polluted and I did not feel comfortable going down there. But I believe there is goodwill and an effort to make things right in a very responsive way. I would use them again if I were not on holiday.
I was very disappointed that having paid the rate. Still, had to pay extra for parking and WiFi? Plus a breakage deposit. The pools were not clean either.

Very good and friendly service, helpful and makes extra effort! Place was nice and clean and everything needed was there. We stayed on the second floor and the sea view was breathtaking! It was nice to stay by the sea.
The view was the top point for us. Was disappointed in the bed, not expecting it to be 2 beds, which are just going to be pushed together with single bed linen. It was me and my spouse so we were disappointed with the beds. We slept on one side of the bed, each with a blanket, it was our break and it set us off.
Great area and view, overpriced though. No elevator, nobody to help with your luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Very pricey for what I got. I had to leave at 06:45 AM to ensure I don't miss my flight, reception was locked with no alternative for handing in keys. Had to beg guards to assist as they were not allowed to take keys. Key facility should be taken into consideration.

Ideal vir tourist as well as business travellers. Easily accessible and good client service. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
Very good location and value for money. Friendly welcome and good ongoing engagement. Washrooms needs a bit of an upgraded. Coins for use should be available at reception. Laundry lines far and impractical. No place to hang wet towels.
There were a few problems but they were sorted out quickly, only problem was that the key tags didn't work.
