Would definitely recommend Capri 15, very nice and spacious, beautiful sea view.
We had a great stay at Capri 15. The location is fantastic and the view is breathtaking. The service received is indeed very disappointing. The sliding door does not work properly and the door cannot close. It was reported and promised to come and look at it, but nothing came of it. Upgrading the beds in the 2 additional rooms was also recommended. It is definitely not suitable for adults as it sleeps uncomfortably, and should then be advertised as only for children.
This was our second visit and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The swimming pool on the premises is always clean and tidy, as well as the garden and lawn. The sea view is something out of a book. We visited with family and all that could be improved is extra aircon in the other rooms for the hot nights. Capri 15 is truly perfect and practical. Everything is close and there is a lot to do.
Location, DSTV and inverter make up for average facilities. Sofas are dirty, one sink in the kitchen doesn't work. The owner has clearly put all their old stuff in there and therefore the place is not very welcoming for a tenant. Gas grill outside wouldn't light up so we couldn't grill. Gas braaier's extractor is full of oil and has clearly never been cleaned. Also can't watch TV when the power is off, even though there is an inverter. If all these errors are fixed, we will go again.
The unit's common areas are very spacious and comfortable. The main room has an amazing view and is comfortable with the AC on hot days. The second and third bedrooms need a bit of attention with regards to the beds, and the ceiling fans run really slowly, so it gets extremely hot in these 2 rooms. The bathrooms are fine, and the showers work well. The toilet was leaking in the main room - reported but nothing was done, as it did make the whole room smell due to the main room's open plan design. All kitchen equipment worked fine. The main sliding door does not lock, but we did feel secure. The complex pool was always clean, and the gardens are well-kept. Please add some hanging hooks for towels and possibly a hat rack to hang jackets and caps. WiFi would be a big plus, as the MTN network is not great.
Everything about this accommodation is great except how the flat was cleaned before we arrived. The sliding door to the balcony rails was very dirty and hadn't been cleaned in years as was the second bathroom with the washing machine, this should have been cleaned properly after every stay. There was months of accumulated dust on the mirror just hanging down. We weren't informed properly about the workings of the gas braai and I only just avoided a serious burn. The grid has to be lifted before you fire up the coals. There was no mention made of the fact that the DSTV doesn't work when the power cuts are in operation. Explanation about general operations was cursory and not detailed enough to have a safe stay.

We have visited this unit in 2021 as well. This time around we were a bit disappointed by the fact that the flat was not very clean prior to our arrival. Also saddened that not all people treat such a lovely unit with the care and respect it deserves. The sofas were stained badly and the cupboard for the broom and cleaning tools left very dirty. Broom and other cleaning tools are in such a bad state that one cannot use it.
The apartment is very nice and the surroundings are picturesque. We did have numerous cockroaches in the kitchen as well as the bedroom. The braai area was dirty as well as the braai grills and we had to clean it ourselves before we could braai. The washing machine's soap drawer was covered with old powdered soap and we had to clean it before we could use it. We had to drop the key off at a shop on the way out, it wasn't a problem but we do feel that no one came to check that everything was in place when we left and that any damage could happen afterwards and our responsibility would be had to take Furthermore, we had a very nice time and really enjoyed staying in Capri 15. It has a beautiful sea view and is close to the beach and places to eat as well as supermarkets. It was a nice stay and I will go back again.

Apartment is on the sea, the most beautiful view, quiet and peaceful. Apartment is tastefully furnished, everything you need is there. Will stay there again.
We have already booked for October 2021. It was incredibly fun!
Despite beaches being closed, we were still able to enjoy the sea. Spacious, neat apartment.
The location is excellent as long as you can handle stairs as there are stairs which are quite steep down to the the car park and then more stairs to the seafront. So it is not wheelchair or walker-friendly. The apartment is well furnished and finished and you feel like you are on the beach. The patio gets very slippery with the humidity present so you need to take care. Having experienced it though, we will definitely go back there.
Very nice place with beautiful sea view. Will book the place again.
