Fully furnished, amazing views and excellent quality. It had a UPS which allowed us to make use of the WiFi and TV during loadshedding which was awesome!
Lovely accommodation, beautiful view with an equipped kitchen. The house is modern with a beautiful garden.

Capri House is outfitted with an inverter, backup battery, and solar panels.
When it is load shedding, there will be a few limitations.
The entire house will run as normal, we just ask tenants to please refrain from using any of the following equipment for the duration of the load shedding.

Any device with a heating element (hair straightener, iron) or a Watt output exceeding 500-700 Watt, unless it is only used for a few minutes. While the inverter will not trip, it will put an unneeded strain on the battery.
Prior to arrival tenants must download Eskomsepush, add Capri Village (zone 8), and allow for notifications to be pushed through to their smart devices so they are aware of when the power will go off. This is a must.
