Accommodation is offered in chalets, luxury tents, and standard tents set in the campsite.
The chalets and luxury tents have been fitted out with bed linen, mosquito nets, fans and lamps. There is electrical power in these rooms. The luxury tents have shared use of a separate communal kitchen with a fridge, gas burner, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, a table and benches and braai. Only the chalets have their own fridges and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and 4 of the chalets have an outside kitchenette with a gas burner, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, table, chairs and a braai.
The lodge facilities include a bar and restaurant, and a small seating area with satellite television and books and games. Access to Wi-Fi is available. Surrounding the restaurant is a large wooden deck with a fire pit, offering stunning lake views and sunsets. There is also a small swimming pool for those wishing to cool off on sweltering hot days.
Also on offer are a variety of activities. Bicycles are available for guests wishing to explore the surrounding bush and forest areas. Guests can row out on canoes to view crocodiles, hippos and the myriad of birds the lake has to offer. Boat outings are also on offer for fishing, sundowners and bird viewing. Fishing is done from either our boats on the lagoon, or organised for on the main Zambezi River. The arrays of fish that can be caught include tiger fish, barbel, pike, a variety of bream and other lesser-known species. Caprivi Mutoya supports catch and release. Nature walks can also be taken around the lodge and within the surrounding forests.
