Caracal Game Breeders and Guest Farm is located in the heart of the Waterberg Mountains. This 100-hectare farm offers a unique experience, far from the busy city life and tourist attractions and is a perfect stay for friends and family.

This home can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The first and second bedrooms are both furnished with a double bed and have en-suite bathrooms. The first bedroom’s bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet, while the second bedroom’s bathroom only contains a shower. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds with an en-suite that is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The fourth bedroom is located in the separate chalet next to the house and is furnished with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Outside, guests can enjoy a private outdoor shower.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities and a breakfast bar with stools. The living area is furnished with a comfortable couch and a large dining table. The living area opens up onto a covered patio that is furnished with a dining table, a pool table and a built-in braai. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

Guests have access to a boma with a firepit, and secure parking on the premises. The farm is self-contained with borehole water, a solar panel system and gas geysers. Here, guests have the opportunity to view wildlife up close and still be approximately 40 km away from Mookgopong where they can find amenities like shops and restaurants.
