This holiday house can accommodate a group of 12 guests and consists of 4 bedrooms, a loft bedroom, and 3 bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed, and the loft bedroom is furnished with 4 single beds. The main bedroom features an en-suite shower bathroom, the second and third bedrooms have an interleading door into the second bathroom fitted with a shower, and the fourth bedroom and the loft share the third bathroom with a shower.
The well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, a gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine for convenience. The adjacent living area has sofas to relax on and a TV with full DStv channels; the living area leads out to the patio, which offers an outdoor dining area and a built-in braai area for guests to use.
The estate boasts a beautiful pool complex with 2 additional swimming pools, tennis courts and a small playground for children. Guests can bring their own boats or take advantage of the boats, jet skis and other equipment at Water World, operating from the Old Pont nearby.
The estate also features direct access to the unspoilt beach and the grand Umtamvuna River, via scenic walkways through the beautiful conservation area, where a huge variety of birdlife can be seen. The patient observer may even come across small buck species and Samango monkeys.

1 guests' feedbackWe had an excellent stay at Caribbean Estate Villa B10. The place was fully equipped with every single appliance, glass, and cutlery required. Very neat, walking distance to the beach as well as a 5-minute drive to the Wild Coast Sun, not to mention free access to Wild Coast Sun due to our stay at Caribbean Estates.

House rules
There is a Jetty on the river that can be used for boat rides at an additional cost.Pets are not allowed.
Day visitors will not be permitted.
Please take along your booking confirmation letter as well as proof of payment for the breakage deposit. This needs to be printed out and handed to reception for keys.
Additional vehicles need permission before arrival to park at reception parking. Please don't park on the grass.
Swimming towels are not provided.
The gas stove will need to be ignited by a lighter during load shedding.
Please take dishwasher capsules along for usage.
Cleaning services can be arranged by prior arrangement at an additional cost. These services are not provided on Sundays or public holidays.
Quiet hours are between 23h00 and 08h30.
Please ensure that all the windows and doors are locked.
No caravans or large vehicles are allowed on the Estate without prior arrangement with the Estate Manager.
The removal of plants, trees, branches, wood and anything of whatever nature from the conservation area is prohibited.
Interference with the bird or animals is not allowed.
Please do not feed the monkeys or the cats.
No fishing is permitted from Sandpiper Pier. Fishing is allowed only along the river’s edge and from the beach.
Please note that no refuse or litter of any type may be discarded from balconies or patios.
Replenishing of any items may result in an extra charge.
