24 guests' feedbackWas the most enjoyable holiday, everything in the house was perfect. Thanks for the roof fans, a lot of help and the inverter. The view over the river and sea is wow. The kitchen with everything was 100%, washing machine, tumble dreyer, dishes. Rooms were nice with ceiling fans. Living areas, very very nice.
We had a great stay, kids enjoyed the pool on the estate, views of the ocean and river were breathtaking.
We had a great stay, thank you. A bonus is that they clean every day. We swam, walked the estate, barbecued on the porch and went to the beach.
Fun, safe and neat.
Inconsiderate people at 1 am is annoying. We could complain at the time, but you always feel they will 'go away' soon. Then at 4:30 am, the fishermen (I presume) start calling to one another as to the route they should use through the trees to the pathway, using torches as well. Apart from that, we had a lovely couple of days.

Nice holiday accommodation. Comfortable sofas in the living room. Comfortable beds. Too few large pots that make it difficult to cook. Cleaning services are power. Dishes were stored dirty and wet and the tub was never washed.

Caribbean is a great place to stay. You feel secure and the kids enjoy the pools and walks alongside the river and also accessing the beach.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this estate however there were a few factors that would have made it perfect. 1. The Estate does not make a strong enough noise enforcement policy. Mid way through our stay we had a large wedding party stay on the estate. Firstly, the first night they arrived they were loud and on third night we eventually had to leave the estate because the noise was overwhelming. We had to call security twice in order for them to cease with rowdy noise level. Management should have taken immediate action as we were not the first people to complain to reception the following morning. 2. It was irritating that there was only 1 set of crockery and 1 set of cutlery and for each person - if the unit is advertised to accommodate 6 people then at least have twice the amount of cutlery and crockery to make it more comfortable. Most annoying was that the double beds were lumpy and very uncomfortable and the lounge suite was very old and obviously second or third hand and the pots and pans were very old in fact we had to ask our housekeeper to please bring us a large pot as we could not cook for 6 people with 1 small pot. This unit was not well appointed at all, such a pity - it is a lovely unit!

My stay at Montego Bay was absolutely beautiful. I absolutely enjoyed the tranquillity of the place. The comfort of the chalet was outstanding. I wish I could have stayed longer as I was relaxed and well rested. It is an ideal getaway and I will definitely book again.
