Caribbean Estates Barbados B12 is a self-catering duplex located in a secure estate, situated in Rennies Beach, Port Edward. This holiday home is situated right alongside the pathway that leads to a private beach.

This is a non-smoking villa. This spacious, double-storey house can accommodate 8 persons and consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The second, third and fourth bedrooms each have a queen-size bed; the second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the third and fourth rooms share the third bathroom fitted with a shower. The villa has its own private pool.

The well-equipped open-plan kitchen contains a double-door fridge, a microwave, an oven, and a stove. The adjacent air-conditioned living and dining area has comfy sofas to relax on, and leads out to a covered verandah which has an outdoor dining table with seating and a portable braai facility. The house has a garage for 2 cars to park in. There is a private pool at the villa and alternate power is available as well as a gas stove.

The holiday estate has a private Jetty to launch boats and jet skis. (Subject to terms and conditions and additional costs invlolved) Guests have access to the estate’s communal swimming pools as well. The estate is situated less than 2 km from Wild Coast Sun, and within 15 km from 3 golf courses.

House rules
A refundable breakage deposit of R 3000 is payable via EFT prior to check-in. Banking details for the breakage deposit will be provided on confirmation of booking. If all is in order after check-out, the deposit is refunded to you within 7 days.

Full payment must be received prior to check-in.

The number of occupants per Villa, including children of all ages, may not exceed the specified number (2.3) in the
Villa type/size, i.e. for example a 6 sleeper Villa may accommodate a maximum of 6 people, including children of all ages. Any party in breach of this provision will not be allowed access to the Villa or the Estate.

All occupants, whether guests or homeowners, must observe and respect quiet hours between 23h00 and 08h30. All loud noise must cease after 23h00.

The inventory received on arrival must be checked immediately by the occupant and should there be any discrepancies kindly bring it to the housekeepers’ attention by 12 noon on the following working day. The occupant will be responsible for any omissions or losses recorded after the inventory has been checked.

Guests are requested not to move any item(s) (as listed on the inventory) from one villa to another. Any item moved from one villa to another will be deemed as missing and deducted from the key and breakage deposit.

Guests must please obey the speed limit of 15 km per hour.

Vehicles are limited to 2 (two) per Villa. All other vehicles are to be parked in the general parking area near the
office at the owners own risk. Should any unauthorised vehicle/s be found at the villas, the vehicle(s) may be
towed away and the owner(s) fined.

No vehicles are allowed on the beach. Vehicle/s on the beach may be confiscated by the authorities.

No caravans or large vehicles are allowed on the Estate without prior arrangement with the Estate Manager.

Motorbikes, motorised scooters, four wheelers or anything similar are not allowed to be operated on the Estate.

No interference with the birds and/or animals is allowed.

Launching and recovery of boats at Caribbean Estates is done under the supervision of the Estate Manager or his representative. Registration must be done at the Old Pont Caravan Park where the Rules of the river are available. Completion of the launch register is done at the reception office where the launch fees are payable.

No domestic animals are allowed on the Estate.

No person shall use any open space on the Estate in any manner which may unreasonably interfere with the use
and enjoyment thereof by other persons on the Estate.

No ‘day-visitors’ are allowed. Visitors to guests on the Estate strictly by prior arrangement during normal working hours with the Administration office only.

Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with any provision of the Rules shall be deemed to have breached
the Rules and will be liable to a penalty.

Further Caribbean Estates Rules and Regulations will also be sent to you on confirmation of booking for your perusal prior to check-in.
