Very nice place! Affordable! Has everything one needs and more! Like your home away from home! Provision was even made for load shedding with lights and a gas stove which helped a lot. It was our 2nd time here and we will definitely use the accommodation again!

Very nice stay. Staying so close to the sea and hearing the breaking of the waves while lying in bed is wonderful.
The view is beautiful from both sides of the balcony. It's a beautiful, clean place. It has everything you need. It feels like your own home. The service was fantastic. The caretaker is very friendly and helpful. The location is awesome because it's walking distance to all the shops.
We had a great time. The braai area on the stoep which can be closed during bad weather creates a cozy atmosphere. The master bedroom also opens onto the veranda and it is wonderful to wake up in the morning to the sound of waves breaking on rocks.
Had the best sea view with a nice braai area overlooking the sea, everything is there you just have to go with your bags!
The only criticism is about the environment. Nothing the owners of the apartment can do about it. The apartment itself is excellent.
It was a feast to stay at Carmel, the unit is very clean and lots of space and sleeping space. Very nice for a group of people and the sea is on your doorstep. Will definitely use the unit again in the future.

Our visit was postponed to April 18-24. Was no trouble. The accommodation is neat, clean and very comfortable. Fiber being there one of these days will be a fantastic bonus.
The place was ideally located. Far enough from the noise of the main beach but close enough to walk there. The dishwasher was a big plus as I could clean the kitchen soon after meals and immediately give everyone time again and not miss the fun. The boys absolutely enjoyed the place because they were very central while hubby and I had a good time for ourselves.
Carmel View is spacious and you have everything to have a comfortable stay. The views were outstanding, had whales and dolphins go past. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

Heerlike gerieflike woonstel, met alles wat jy nodig het vir 'n sorgelose vakansie. Skottelgoedwasser en wasmasjien asook die genoegsame vrieskaste is 'n groot plus. See-uitsig is fantasties met die 'klein' strandjie reg voor die woonstel maak dit nog beter. Winkel sentrum letterlik net oor die pad.

The apartment exceeded our expectations as we are regular visitors to Margate. Pity about the beach. The force of nature has claimed most of the beach making it a bit dangerous for our little one to play. We had a very pleasant stay; hope it could be longer. My family enjoyed their fishing in the early hours of the morning and the late evenings. I really liked the braai area which could be closed in when required. I carried pots which I did not use as the flat had all the necessary requirements. Overall a relaxing stay.
Needs linen and toilet paper. The braai can also be cleaned before arrival. Otherwise very nice spot.
Everything you need under one roof. Love the braai area that can be used even if it rains. Definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday!
The owner, as well as Johnny the caretaker, were very friendly and helpful. DStv was switched on for us. Apartment was neat and tasteful.

We really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it. We were initially concerned about the location behind the hotel as well as the construction that takes place in the apartment block next door. Dishwasher and washing machine in apartment was big plus! We were also very impressed with Johnny the caretaker's friendliness and helpfulness.
