The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I had a nice stay despite the people making noise almost all night until about 2 in the morning.
For the affordable price one cannot expect too much, but still it was not a good experience. We found wet textbooks and had to ask for others. The room did not have hot water, so we asked to shower in another room. This shower's drain was blocked and pooled the water. Furthermore, the maintenance is not good, with window stones that cannot close properly, etc. Our room next to reception was also very noisy.
We slept in room 9. 1) Toilet seat was broken. 2) Toilet roll holder was not there to put the roll on. 3) Had to go and ask for coffee for our room. 4) Room door could not lock. 5) Security gate is locked with a lock smaller than my thumb. 6) The bed's mattress should have been replaced a long time ago; it felt like i was sleeping on the springs. 7) Shower does not have a curtain to stop the water, so the bathroom floor was wet with all the water and then had to use the towels to dry the floor.
No, locks on door did not work. There was no shower curtain or curtain on the bathroom window. There were also no bedside lamps or towel arrangements. I had to lie on the ground.
