Casablanca 20 is a triplex apartment located on the first floor, positioned right on Ballito's famous promenade, just a stone's throw away from the inviting Indian Ocean and one of Ballito's favourite beaches in KwaZulu-Natal.

The main bedroom is situated on the top floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, and is furnished with a king-size bed. It offers an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. The main bedroom also features a ceiling fan and opens onto a sea-facing balcony. The second and third bedrooms are located on the middle floor, also accessed via a spiral staircase. Each is furnished with 2 single beds, features standing fans, and opens onto sea-facing balconies. The second bathroom on this floor is fitted with a bath, toilet, and basin.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, electric hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, as well as cutlery and crockery. The lounge offers comfortable seating, a standing fan, and a TV with the DStv full package. Wi-Fi access is provided. The apartment features a wrap-around balcony with beautiful sea views and a Weber braai. Additionally, there is an inverter that powers the TV, Wi-Fi, and lamp.

While there is a lift in the complex, please note that it may not operate during load shedding. The complex is secure, fenced, and has automated gates. It includes a single lock-up garage and 1 allocated parking bay, although guest parking is limited. Guests have direct beach access and can enjoy a refreshing dip in the communal swimming pool.

Please note that the spiral staircase is not suitable for small children and elderly people.
