7 guests' feedbackRooms are very neat, clean and beautiful. When we got there the water was accidentally off and the people came to fix it immediately. Breakfast the next morning was also very nice with a nice garden view. Aircon in the room is a bonus.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious and the location is so close to all outdoor activities.
Beautiful rooms in a fantastic location. We booked in for the night and had a great romantic dinner at the restaurant, followed by a nice fresh breakfast at one of the other restaurants on the estate in the morning.
Beautiful location and accommodation but advertised services were unavailable. I wanted to have dinner at around 8pm, but the restaurant kitchen was closed despite the website stating that it's open until 11pm. There was no air conditioning or fan in room number 5, and the shower tap handle was faulty as well.
We didn't stay. We did get there and my husband took a shower. There was no aircon in the room. One of the railed curtains pulled out from the wall, and that's what you see when you enter.
Bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
Room 8: Worms and spiders in room. Room 3's aircon leaks water terribly, no mirror in bathroom, door to porch doesn't lock, room door's lock is crooked and has trouble unlocking. The restaurant was not ready for breakfast, tables had to be moved around to accommodate us, long wait for coffee and breakfast. Breakfast was included in accommodation but after many discussions they still charged us for the breakfast.
