Beautiful clean and tidy. Workers are very friendly and helpful. An asset to the business. Excellent cook and food. We can't complain about anything.
It was awesome. The accommodation was very nice and clean. We had dinner at night, and delicious food was served.

Castle DeWildt was lovely overall. I felt that the service at the restaurant can improve.
Beautiful location, but poorly managed.
The stay was good, the check-in was not very friendly. When we arrived, someone approached our car and informed us that the kitchen was closed. Upon checking in, we requested to use the bathroom, and the staff member responded with, "the kitchen is closed".
The room (facilities) was neat, clean and comfortable (there is no hairdryer in the room). The venue is particularly beautiful! Our reception was poor, there was no one to help us when we wanted to check in, we had to walk around and look for someone. The lady was not very welcoming then, but at least helped us. We struggled to get someone to come in at the gate when we needed to come in later that evening - none of the contact numbers answered. Breakfast (which is not included) was very average, I would not recommend it.
Front of house and restaurant staff need a lot of training in customer service.

Directional signs are required for reception, guest parking etc.
The furniture imported from Belgium, together with the friendly staff, especially Riaan, and top shelf food. You can find this atmosphere in a few places in South Africa.
Everything is neat and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful, communicate continuously and in my language. I will definitely stay there again if I have a business trip in the area again.
Bedside lamps and block-out curtains will make the stay even better.

The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was really nice and our waiter was very friendly.
Very nice except there were no bedside lamps, I think it's very strange and the room's main lights are too bright so you either have to sit in bed in the dark or with the bright lights.
