Everything we needed with a lovely big patio.
Complimentary coffee, sugar and tea, as well as extra soap for the bath/shower would be good. An overhead light in the kitchen would also be good. I would recommend them and stay there again. Regular DSTV and SABC channels short. Not everyone watches YouTube and Netflix. Neat and clean. If it rains, you are trapped in the room because the balcony does not have a canopy. This makes it difficult for smokers, because they cannot move outside.
The unit's location is outstanding and the sliding glass doors open onto a very spacious balcony/patio and we enjoyed sitting outside watching the sunset. Pity there was no DStv or regular SABC channels, but it didn't bother us too much as it was our stopover. The unit has everything needed and is beautifully tidy. We didn't find the 3 sets of stairs difficult, but older people might want to keep that in mind. Castleton itself also has a certain vantage point where one can look out over the whole Banana Valley and also see the Robberg from there. I would always recommend Castleton 73C and stay there again myself.
We will definitely return. Neat, clean accommodation with everything you need for a short break.

The place was nice and clean. I would have liked to know beforehand that the apartment was not on ground level.
Very neat and comfortable, the directions to the destination were just confusing.
Only inconvenience with load shedding and no alternative to cooking in apartment.
The service was excellent.
I did not have the time to enjoy myself fully, since I needed to prepare for the meeting I had the following day. I will however ensure that I do book again when I am visiting the area, and enjoy my stay to the fullest, have a braai outside in the balcony area with my family.
Would have appreciated a tray of sugar, coffee and tea plus sealed packets of biscuits. Apart from liquid hand soap, there was no soap for the shower/bath. All in all it was probably one of the best holiday accommodation we have ever experienced. Particularly clean and tidy. Covered parking was an annoyance because there are too few canopies and their use was on a "first come, first served" basis. This is now versus the other residential units in Castleton.
Some coffee and tea would be nice in the rooms. But thanks for the service. Was contacted via email and SMS with check-in details. Thanks for going the extra mile. Appreciated.

The stay was enjoyable. The unit has been quite recently redone and has a beautiful view over Piesang Valley. Would definitely stay there again.
