This fully furnished house comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Upstairs; the main bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed; the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and downstairs; the third room has 2, 3-quarter size beds. The living area and kitchen are located downstairs as well.
The fully equipped kitchen contains a Jetmaster fireplace, a double-door fridge-freezer, a gas stove with an oven, and other appliances. There is a separate scullery area with a washing machine and a tumble-dryer to use. The open-plan dining area features a 6-seater table and a double-sided fireplace.
The lounge features 2 TVs; both with full DStv viewing, and opens onto a large patio that has a built-in undercover braai area and separate gas braai facility. Guests are welcome to use the fishing permits at the house.

18 guests' feedbackDeserves its 5 stars. Exceeded our expectations. Fully equipped kitchen is a dream and the en suite bathrooms for all 3 bedrooms was a big plus with 2 teenagers. Definitely value for money. Although there is no WiFi, it was a good thing to get the kids off the screens and spend quality time together.
The house is very spacious and comfortable. We had a great stay and didn't get cold at all after lighting a nice fire in the fireplace. Each room has a bathroom which also makes it nice. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is also a dishwasher. It's nice and safe and the street is quiet.
The picture of how it looks there is exactly how it was - neat.
The house was spacious and very well furnished, will definitely book it again.
Our stay was nice, but I think there are a few problems that need to be addressed there. Firstly, the lighting down in the entertainment area is a joke. We had to use the load shedding torches they had there to see what we were cooking on the stove; very dark. And then the bath in the upstairs bedroom that you have to climb into to put the plug in has absolutely no hot water. You literally get half a bucket full, then it's ice cold, so you cannot bathe there.
Ideal for friends or family who want to take it easy in Dullstroom. Many areas to hang out, enough bathrooms for everyone and excellent location.
Thank you very much for a neat, clean house. The house is comfortably furnished and has a lovely porch and fireplace. Bathrooms need attention and finishing and new bath towels would be a plus. Kitchen is beautifully furnished and has everything you need. Safe quiet environment. Thank you very much we had a great time.
It's a lovely home that could do with a little TLC and attention to detail, e.g. light bulbs in all the lamps, notices about the water situation in Dullstroom, etc. Otherwise we had a nice stay and had a good time. Thank you!
Everything needed is there. However, DSTV is not working at all. The shower head in the lower bathroom has seen much better days and sprays the world. Furthermore, it was adopted.
Nice break away for our 10th anniversary. Cleaning lady was friendly. Thank your for picking us a bunch of flowers. DSTV connection needs to be checked. Signal was lost every 5min, possible tree in the way.
Spacious rooms with en-suite bathrooms. Large patio with barbecue and large dining room for meals. Kitchen has everything you need for your stay. Very nice surroundings and walking distance from the dam and a few minutes drive from the town.
The lightbulbs are out all over the house. We ended up buying for the kitchen as we couldn't see. The instructions received talk about gas heaters and filling gas bottles for the heater. There are no gas heaters nor bottles (other than the stove bottle). The couches in the TV room look dirty and desperately need to be changed. I am not sure if the slipcovers have been washed or if this is staining, but it looks unsightly. The guest bathroom door gets stuck and you cannot open it from inside. There are chairs in the kitchen that are well sat in and wonky - they need looking at. Some of the beds are well worn in and need replacement.

We had such a great stay. Everything we needed was available. The place was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend it.
Rest for your soul. Thank you very much for the nice stay. Sorry the time was too short. Incredibly peaceful, beautiful place. Lots of space inside. The fireplace was a great treat. Dullstroom reservations received us very kindly and they are very professional and organized.

- Servicing: If servicing is required, this can be arranged if booked by the Wednesday prior to arrival at an additional fee of R100 per day
- Fishing: Fishing permits are available at the house. Please ensure that you carry these with you when fishing. Please also ensure that you leave the permits at the house. You will be held responsible for any permits removed from the house.
- The access gate to the dam and game reserve at Oaklane Estate will open at 05:00 and close at 19:00 daily.
