My stay exceeded all expectations. I would have liked it if the unit were serviced (dishes washed and beds made, etc.). Other than that, it was perfect. Very, very clean and modern.

Was quite disillusioned when I arrived and there was no reception, then had to learn later that according to the website I had to let the owner know 3 hours in advance that I would be there. Owner was very annoying to show you how everything works and that you have to be careful not to break anything. Would I stay there again? Possible and possibly not.
The place is very beautiful, but very uncomfortable. No cleaning service. Not even offering to clean for extra fee after we inquired about it. Can't even help us with a roll of toilet paper. We have to go back to the Cape again in 2 weeks and for sure will not stay here. Do not recommend it to anyone. The photo above is not what our room looked like.

We will definitely visit here again. As soon as you step in, you feel at home in this beautiful furnished apartment with its beautiful garden. The host and hostess go out of their way to make you feel at home. It's super clean with treats like coffee, milk and sugar for the overnight traveler. The bathroom gives the impression of luxury. We would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay here.

Not enough words to explain my experience at the Cat's Eye Cottage. Just believe me when I say it was fantastic. Reception, cleanliness, luxurious in every way, peace and quiet, privacy, many shopping malls close by if you are a shopaholic as I am, just out of this world. A bit expensive though, but value for money. I really enjoyed my long stay there, and I can consider going back there when there is a need. Highly recommended. I hope after they have finished their renovations they will consider having a very nice sign board. For me that was the only thing missing.
Cat's Eye Cottage is a clean and luxurious apartment and it is close to the Glen Gary Mall. On arrival we were received in a very friendly manner.
The room had everything needed for self-catering, with a comfortable bed and tea/coffee supplies. I was only not too sure of security at night.
