The place was clean and has everything you need. It's just not private enough. If your front door is open, everyone can see to the back of the apartment. The mattress of the bed is also uncomfortable for guests with back problems.

It's very well located and very peaceful. The traffic is not as bad as it seems since it is very baby located near a hospital. You don't hear the traffic at all. Parking is safe behind a security gate and very tidy.
Suzette followed up with arrival times. Very friendly welcome. The unit was incredibly clean, comfortable and spacious. Was indeed very impressed.

CBS Accommodation is the most convenient place to stay for hospital visits, 3 to maximum 5 minutes walk to Bayview Hospital. Very nice accommodation with everything you need.
Suzette is a wonderful hostess who went out of her way to ensure our comfort. The apartment is small but neat and clean, with very comfortable beds, and good security outside for the vehicles. We will undoubtedly stay there again.

A very nice week and a bit. Suzette is a great hostess. The ceiling fan is not quite up to it. An aircon or additional fan would be great. The price was excellent through LekkeSlaap. I misjudged the distance to the beach. If you look on the map it looks close to the Point. If you don't count the blocks. But for a younger person, it is only 2,5km. Really good deal and service thank you, Suzette. We covered the furniture and used our own bedding as our pup was also allowed.

This little place is perfect for anyone who wants to visit a beautiful town like Mossel Bay, without overcomplicating anything. It's perfect for busy people who just want to sleep and eat (and even a quick barbecue like us!), but it was just as nice for us to be able to lie quietly in bed and enjoy the peace. This place has everything one needs at a very reasonable price. The location is nice and close to many restaurants, shops and of course the sea. We will definitely return again soon.

This was an ideal stopping point on my way back to Cape Town and was perfect. The room was perfect as were the facilities, the outside area for braai was awesome and all round a great place to stay, even though it was business it would have been just as a great as a holiday destination.
We had to unexpectedly book for another night on the day we had to evacuate the place. The owner came to our rescue and moved us to another one of the apartments without charging extra costs. Kindness and great client service indeed. We will go back and stay at CBS Accommodation for sure in the future!

Our visit was just an overnight visit. Rita was the kindest aunt. Look past our color or the fact that we only booked for one night. The place was close to the main route and close to a small shopping complex where we could buy takeaways. The rooms were small, but for what we paid value for money. It was just an overnight anyway so we didn't need lots of space. Will definitely stay there again if our future holiday routes pass there. Many thanks to Aunt Rita. Best caretaker I have ever come across.
Please bring bring your own toilet paper. You get one role included regardless of how long you stay. Nowhere is this indicated. In complex live permanent residents who make noise and fight. The caretaker sends the person's name and phone number the next morning so we can contact him. We didn't even complain, but think it's the owner's responsibility to deal with such trouble. Finally, there is something wrong with the power. Our unit trips the power as soon as you e.g. microwave and hair dryer used together. The unit next to us kept tripping power and when you try to turn it on at the board a blue flame shoots out. My husband should have gone to help the old uncle in that unit.
The microwave didn't work, it was rusted and therefore the turntable wouldn't work. The lights suddenly went out in the evening. The earth leakage switch shut off the electricity supply. This was due to an electric boiler or contact that was faulty. We didn't even use the kettle. We informed the lady who welcomed us at 21:43 that we were sitting in the dark. She asked if she could send an electrician and offered her boiler, but we had already established that it was the boiler that was faulty and that after disconnection the power worked.
This is my 2nd time staying here but this time was very unpleasant. On arrival I was told I have been moved to another unit since the guests who was supposed to vacate the room I have booked for 2 nights decided to spend another night. This was not discussed, nor confirmed with me. I was given the unit closest to the road which is small and where you can hear all the noise. The manager is on the property very early talking so loud in front of the units it is impossible to sleep a little later especially for people traveling for work or who are on holidays. I had to get up and open the door for her to realise there are other guests which she needs to consider, she then left after but then my sleep was interrupted already. This happened both mornings. Overall the units are clean and have everything you need.

Outside door locks do not work and can only be locked with great difficulty. Rooms are apparently permanently let out. Laundry is hung in front. Paid for the accommodation but vacated it when we noticed the problems.

Very cute place. Could only have been cleaner. The kitchen drawers and cutlery were very dirty, I had to wash everything before I could use it. The toilet flap struggles to stay open and space is very limited, difficult to use the toilet. Furthermore, we were really received very kindly, the place is really cute, would like to stay there again. They just need to work on the little things like clean dishes. The bed is a wooden bed and when you turn it makes a lot of noise, a bit uncomfortable. Also the parking was not suitable for large vehicles.

Unfortunately, there was only one thing that really bothered me, and I never complain, but. I was told that if day visitors stay there, then the linen is changed and coffee, sugar etc replaced. But because we are staying for more than a day we have to clean ourselves etc. So although you pay the same money as day visitors, the service is a little different. That's not a problem either, but I had to ask on day 3 for clean towels and toilet paper and coffee. And in the 7 days we stayed there, our linen was not changed at all. So apart from that we had a very nice stay, thank you.

Verblyf is baie netjies. Stapafstand van die strand af. In 'n rustige buur geleë, naby die hoofpad. Kamer is effens klein, veral as jy klein kinders het. Nie baie spasie om buite te speel nie. Badkamer is klein in kamer 9F. Toilet is baie laag op die grond. Meer kanale kan bygevoeg word. Oor die algemeen is dit 'n lekker plek om vir 'n naweek te blyf, dit kan 'n bietjie beknop word as jy langer bly.

Our stay was good. It was clean and efficient.
It is a beautiful place, well equipped and has neat bed linen and towels. What bothered me a bit was the TV's blue light which shines very brightly in the dark and it felt to me as if the light was shining right into my eyes (even though my eyes were closed). The bar fridge is also in the room and has a very disturbing sound.
The stay was nice and the caretaker is very welcoming. I do experience that the person in charge of providing basic necessities such as toilet paper, sugar and coffee is very stingy. We only got 2 rolls of toilet paper and 3 sugar bags for 10 days of stay. It won't hurt to just equip the visitors with a can of coffee and sugar. People who fly cannot take everything they had to buy back home. Aunt Kotie's garden and Christmas decorations are indeed very beautiful and create the right feeling for the festive season.

Some of the residents who were also at home there were noisy. Safe area with neighborhood watch and central for activities in and around Mossel Bay.

It was very nice for me to stay there for the weekend. The places are nice and close if you wanted to do something. The environment is very quiet. The people were very helpful. The TV in the room was too loud. We would have really enjoyed WiFi.
Upon my arrival there was a problem with the room I booked, another guest booked the same room on another website. And the room was then given to those people, but luckily there was a similar room that was given to us. I feel that things like this need to be ironed out. Otherwise, my stay was pleasant except for the house cats which caused a noise early in the morning
I suggest that the owner go into her places herself and see if the cleaners have cleaned them and make sure the previous person's body odors are not still in the air. We couldn't live with that rotten sweat smell.
The general feeling, dirty, the gas stove proves it.
9G room is small and would not recommend it if you are going on vacation for a week. It's convenient for a few nights. TV is in an awkward place, kitchen is very small and plates and glasses were dirty. Overall not too bad for safety. Caretaker of place was not once with us to ask if we are okay or so on. Good luck to the next people staying there, all the other rooms look better than 9G.
Wow, it was a perfect place for us. Me, my husband and mother (82 years) were there for hospital visits. My mom was so impressed with the place and I was so happy, because they can be so picky. It was very well equipped. Very neat and clean. When we searched for a place, we wanted to be near the hospital and it was exactly as the advertisement said. I would recommend this place with so much conviction. It is close to everything. We plan to stay there again for a hospital visit. No negative comments. Many thanks to Melani who waited for us to give us the key.
The toilet is placed very close to the flush tank causing the toilet lid to fall. This causes inconvenience. Also very pleasant.

It is very nice and small, but ideal for a stopover or just a weekend. For longer than that, it might become a bit cramped.
For improvement: Equip grills with lights - would be very helpful. Parking slightly improved. DStv in rooms equipped.

It was a pleasant 3 days at CBS. Als is close, the hospital, dry cleaners and Spar centre. Parking is a bit inconvenient, but otherwise we had a nice stay.

The fan did not work and neither did hot water. Blue blankets on top of the beds had not been washed in a long time. It was already too late in the evening to let the caretaker know and just wanted to go to sleep. Quite disappointed but for the price you shouldn't expect five star.

Accommodation not child friendly. A few broken things we experienced. Poor service and there was no table to sit and eat around. We had to drive out to eat take away for 2 days.
Very nice stay, but unfortunately the kitchen was very dirty, the shower leaked and the towel rail was also broken. The bedroom light didn't work either.
Safe and very close to shops. Driving distance from beach. Very reasonable price for people who want to go on holiday and cannot afford those expensive places. Very clean and well cared for.
Very well organised, clean and tidy accommodation with good white cotton bed linen. Owner and staff incredibly helpful and accommodating. You are within walking distance of the doctors' offices nearby, and of the hospital. Secure parking right in front of your door behind automatic gate.

My wife had a big operation and staying at CBS took out a lot of stress for me because I walked too the hospital to be with her. It is a beautiful and calming walk with an amazing view. Our room was lovely and everything was clean with a comfortable bed!

Being at the back of the building I was not disturbed by the traffic. Compact and ideal for visiting my husband who was at the hospital overnight. Walked back from the hospital in late afternoon. I would have liked to have information on finding channels and programmes on the TV.

Not happy at all with accommodation. Super small and totally unsuitable for family with teenagers. TV package is e-TV. Located very close to the street and you hear every vehicle that drives by. The accommodation is located on a business premises next to CBS Electrical. Thank the father we checked in late and checked out early. Paint on the wall behind the sofa in the living room.
The view was breathtaking. It was relaxing and the area is peaceful and safe and it's close to the shops, places to eat and the distance makes it safe to walk. The unit is very neat. I enjoyed myself there.

We only stayed one night. It was very pleasant and the unit is beautifully laid out and decorated. It was just a bit noisy with the traffic in the morning when we woke up. Da Gama street appears as a busy road. This is the first time we stayed overnight in Mossel Bay.
