We were looking for a place at short notice for just one night, and would have been satisfied with a much smaller place. But the price was right, and we choose this wonderful, neat, spacious holiday apartment. Everything was very neat and clean, and very much space. We will definitely come and stay again for a longer time. Excellent value for money.

Recommended, spacious with places to hang out inside and outside. Rooms large and comfortable Attention is paid to make them comfortable for guests. We visited during the Trans-Bavian bike race.
Secure parking and a nice lounge area inside and outside. Coffee drinking terrace with sea view. The host and wife are friendly and helpful. Location is located that it is far enough from noise but close enough for walking. Sufficient lamps are provided to accommodate load shedding.

This unit is not like many others where you are squeezed into small rooms and have to get by. It is a very comfortable house to stay in with large rooms. Pieter and Ester are very hospitable and fantastic hosts. If you want to have a nice holiday, and not fall over each other's feet, this is definitely the place for you. Rates are also incredibly competitive and I have stayed in much worse for more.
We enjoyed the tranquility and relaxed around the outdoor fire with the gentle waves of the sea that you can hear in the evening and early morning. The bed also sleeps very well and the rooms very neat and clean. Very relaxing.

The house was very neat and fully equipped, also with neat linen, towels and dish towels. The two bathrooms have showers and are very comfortable. Very safe and peaceful area. Thank you to Pieter and Ester, we really enjoyed staying with you. We will definitely stay there again.
Accommodation was everything advertised and more. Walking distance from the sea, safe, everything one could need in the cottage and more (eg ironing board, washing machine, any kind of kitchenware imaginable and lovely barbecue area). Cottage was bigger than I thought it would be, with huge kitchen and good quality furniture and linen. Most noticeable about the cottage is the attention to detail and the incredibly good maintenance. Thank you very much, it was a lovely stay and I will definitely stay there when I visit Jeffrey's!
The Rautenbach's could accommodate us on short notice and we were pleasantly surprised with the neatness and space. We felt like we had complete privacy and the unit is very well equipped. Thank you very much, we had a great stay.

Cedarlaan 16 was more than I expected! I was warmly received. This self catering accommodation is in a quiet area of Jeffrey's Bay. It was very clean and comfortable with both a bath and shower available. Off the fully equipped kitchen is a balcony overlooking the well tended garden and braai facility off the dining area. There is even a washing machine! Parking was secure. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it without reservation.

We were impressed by the neatness and well-equipped unit. The extras were a bonus for us. The space made it feel like we were at home. We also enjoyed the tranquillity and not to be next to the beach and it was lovely to walk to the beach. Pieter and Ester welcomed us in a friendly and hospitable way. I would recommend Cedar Avenue any day! Cedar Avenue is a complete guest apartment located in a quiet suburb. It is nice and private and one feels at home and safe.

Nice braai and visit-house!
It was truly a "licks" experience. The facilities are excellent and gave us the opportunity to relax, rest and play with the dogs - at 16 Cedar Avenue and on the beach.
People were very hospitable and did a lot of extra things like having coffee milk and sugar as well as nice choccies on our bed on arrival. On Sunday there was load shedding and to our surprise there was a generator. The lady also provided us with a cot for the baby which reduced our luggage. Will definitely recommend the place and will definitely use their services again.
