Beautiful location with a view of the ocean from the balcony and two of the bedrooms. Direct access via a private secure gate to the beach. Overall, a great stay and recommended.

Definitely value for money. The view is fantastic and the apartment is very neat and safe. Easy beach access and walking distance to Salt Rock beach. The owner was also very helpful. Had a lovely stay and will definitely visit again in the future.

The place is nicely located near all restaurants, shopping centers, beaches. Very neat and well furnished for 6 people.

What a lovely view. We had a great time thank you. Except for the number of stairs to the flat (20 at approx 80*) and approx 100 to get to the beach. Not bad for youngsters, but pensioners require easier access, especially when it is requested. Also, the garage could not be unlocked, but open-air parking was available.

Vehicle gate opener - one of 2 did not work, no comment that the gate closes automatically and that it opens automatically from inside;. Door locks need attention and a proper security padlock for teh security door;. Full DSTV Bouquet, but with low level decoder that cannot record or play catchup;. On first Friday & Saturday & Sunday am, the ensuite warm water tap in shower went from zero water to full strength water (without an intermediate setting). This then changed on Monday morning. On 12-02 at ±12h00 there was no water and I expected that it was due to Load Shedding. But at 07h00 the next morning there was water in an outside tap in teh complex. The gardener checked and found that the main water feed to teh unit had been switched off. Why is the gardener using an electric leaf blower at 07h00 in the morning, when a lot of people still want to sleep?. The glass table top of the table in fron of teh couch is nice, but it has 90 degree edges which cut sharply. They should be changed to round edges. The bathrooms look as if they were redone recently, but some of the finishes are not great. It would have been nice if tehre was an umbrella for the balcony (that fits into the table with the umbrella hole). The top tray of teh disg=hwasher is an issue. It seems as if someone tried to repair it with some wire as it falls out if pulled out to o far. I nearly lost a full load of cups and glasses onto teh floor. I sent some of these comments to the letting agent on 05-02, but did not recieve any reply from them.

Had a great stay. I think only the double beds need to be replaced. Didn't sleep well at all. Will also equip the apartment with a smart TV so that children can watch movies in the evening.
