2 guests' feedbackThe unit was clean and right at the beach, which is what we wanted. My friends were extremely happy with the unit and its location.
The location is excellent, right by the tidal pools and close to all amenities. The unit needs a bit of an upgrade and could do with at a minimum a tumble dryer and dishwasher. We did however experience challenges with Ballito Accommodation, who manages the unit on behalf of the owner. They are friendly but extremely disorganised and can cause a lot of frustration. They need to up their game and organise themselves.

Daily cleaning services are available at an extra charge. On the 8th day of their stay, guests will enjoy a complimentary cleaning service along with fresh linen and towels. Any additional linen and towel changes will incur an extra fee.
