If I have to comment, the parking is not enough, very small and difficult to get into, none of the units used the parking.
This was the perfect getaway for us as a family with 2 small children. The beach is fantastic with a lovely swimming area for little ones. Everything is nearby. The apartment is the perfect luxury but still the nice holiday home you are looking for. The apartment literally has everything (an air fryer after a long day at the beach to make something quick for the kids could be a big bonus - just a suggestion). Service was good but the check in was a misunderstanding with Ballito. Not sure why one has to work with 2 platforms. The check-in could have gone better. The email sent refers to other accommodation and the admin fee of Ballito.net is unnecessary. Only negative point is that the fridge will have to be replaced. He doesn't actually get cold even if someone was there to look at it. We will definitely stay there again!

Location is fantastic. The apartment is on a small beach which is ideal for children. Unfortunately, you get an awfully long list of items in the house that you have to check and sign off. Do it right away because they send you a bill of items that were already broken if you send the form back a day later. The apartment is a bit neglected, and the entire hallway is constantly soaking wet from the dripping air conditioner. We almost broke a neck a few times as you slide on the water. Other than that it's not a bad stay.
Ideal for a family with teenagers. My children are already adults. I was able to take two children with their companions. We had a great time. Close to shops and beautiful beaches as well as places to eat.
Had such an amazing time, wish to have been able to extend the stay.
Apartment is very well equipped, tidy, with a very nice sea view. Surrounding area is clean and tidy. Not too far from surrounding shopping centers. Staff was very friendly. All I would suggest is covered parking. It was very nice to stay there. Will definitely book there again in the future.
Beautiful and neat place with more than enough room for 6 people. Very modern, with a very big balcony where you can socialise and have a braai. Literally everything you need and you feel very much at home. As if you're at your own house.
Great location, neat with beautiful ocean views from the patio. Unfortunately the rooms don't have a sea view. Steep stairs to the beach which may be an issue for older folks. The unit doesn't have a safe, we needed one. No pool in the complex only a gas braai on the patio (and the gas was empty they only changed the canister the next day). Excellent service from the agency.

House rules
The apartment is cleaned from Monday to Saturday. Toilet paper, washing-up liquid and black bags are provided on arrival. Smoking is not allowed.Please note, there is an additional once-off administration fee and a refundable breakage deposit equal to one night's stay. All breakage deposits are refunded on the 10th of each month (unless booking in peak season).
As Simbithi Eco Estate is a residential estate, they require fingerprint access. Simbithi Eco Estate charges an orientation/admin fee and a fee per fingerprint access. This fee is deducted from your breakage deposit. Not everyone requires fingerprint access, just the main drivers or main guest.
Please note, if you are a returning guest of Simbithi Eco Estate, and you have a fingerprint loaded on their system, you will not be charged for fingerprint access as your fingerprint will already be on the system. Simbithi, will however, charge the admin/orientation fee in order to process your booking.
The unit is serviced Monday to Saturday, except for Sunday’s and Public Holidays.

Provided in the unit for your arrival is 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, as well as bath and hand soaps. A 50ml Sunlight liquid and a black dustbin bag. Please note, that this is a complimentary starter pack as this is a self-catering unit.

The host reserves the right to substitute similar accommodation, should the unit booked not be available for any reason whatsoever.
Student bookings or any bookings for unsupervised guests under the age of 25 are not accepted.
The host reserves the right to evict any student who is not accompanied by a responsible adult.
The maximum number of people occupying the unit must not exceed the number of beds. Overcrowding will result in a 10% per nightly rate added per additional guests if pre-arranged. If not pre-arranged, tenants will be evicted in the event of overcrowding and all monies paid will be forfeited.
