Suitably furnished, it provides uncluttered accommodation for up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms and a loft. The living area and 3 bedrooms are all on ground level with step-free access. The house is equipped with a 5Kva inverter to allow uninterrupted TV/streaming services and continuous electricity supply to all lights, plugs, the microwave, the kettle, and the fridge/freezer during load shedding.

The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom contains two single beds. A shower-over-bath is available in the second bathroom that is shared between these two bedrooms. There is a loft area that includes a play area for children and another two single beds.

The main living area features an open-plan design with a kitchen, a lounge and a dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery as well as a 4-seater breakfast bar. There is a separate scullery with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, drying racks, iron and board, vacuum cleaner, baby cot and beach umbrella.

Leading from the kitchen is the living area with comfortable seating and a TV with a DVD player. DSTV, unlimited broadband and Smart TV streaming comes free. The dining area has space for 6 people to enjoy their meals together or enjoy a braai together as there is a built-in braai.

Guests have access to a communal swimming pool and the large, well-maintained common grounds make this tranquil and safe location very suitable for young children. Covered and off-street parking is provided.
