37 guests' feedbackNardus is a fantastic host. He mingles with all his guests and can chat about any topic. We were quite surprised with the restaurant's menu. Great variety to choose from with reasonable prices and the dishes taste fantastic. I was amazed with the delicious pies they bake themselves. The baker from Camelon gives Nanaga great competition with their pies. Camelon's restaurant also makes delicious pizza and Nardus even has a pizza shop on the main street that makes the best pizza. Many thanks Camelon and all the staff for the very nice visit.
I loved staying at Chameleon. It has a good vibe.
Chameleon is conveniently located near the Addo Elephant Park and other points of interest. Nardus put a lot of effort into taking care of our comfort and the breakfast was from the top shelves every morning. Thank you very much!

Friendly and accommodating staff and owner. Not 4 star, however it was clean and neat, and provided all we needed: microwave, fridge and kettle, and very comfortable beds. The load shedding was a challenge, with the generator being right next to our bed, but it didn't start before 8 am or go beyond 9:30 pm. We will go to Chameleon again.
DStv is advertised but does not include Sports channels? False advertisement. Power points don't all work.

We were warmly received and the spacious accommodation with all the equipment made our stay wonderful. When we left, we were told that the accommodation was going to be restored which would make it even more attractive!
It had been like paradise. We were received on arrival by a very friendly Nardus and staff. Nardus informed us about the necessary and answered all our normal visiting questions and gave us his contact number in case we needed any emergency etc. The site is well fenced and we were given a remote control for the gate if we wanted to go out. There are security lights around the premises for top security. It was noteworthy for us the good relationship between Nardus and his staff as well as between guests and Nardus. We can only say wow. After leaving our luggage in our room, we went to relax in the bar with other guests and Nardus who chatted and joked with everyone. We enjoyed the most delicious breakfast before leaving for home and it was with a very aching heart, because we felt so at home. We plan to visit Cameleon again soon.

The photos are misleading. Staff are friendly, but we were disappointed.
Swimming pool is green. Fry full of old ash. No sink plug. Sugar jar empty. Bedside lamp has no power plug.

Chameleon is a good place to stay for making excursions to Addo.
Room was clean and tidy. Thank goodness for the air conditioner. However, pool was not clean and unusable which was a shame as we traveled through the area during the hottest week in February.
We were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the complex. The pillows were dirty. The walls were dirty and we couldn't swim because the pool wasn't cleaned. The food was not edible. The place will need to be upgraded to be a 3 star establishment.
