A spiral-like staircase leads to the middle level which comprises 2 bedrooms. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the third bedroom with 2 single beds. These 2 bedrooms have a shared bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin.
Guests enter the main bedroom via a small kitchen equipped with a dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge, microwave, stove and oven.
With its blue and gold colour theme, modern furnishing and unique light fittings, the apartment also features a large private deck ideal for sunset picnics. Guests can enjoy sea views from all levels as both the living room and a second bedroom has balconies, while the main bedroom leads out onto the large deck.
The lower part of the neighbourhood is trendy and popular with an abundance of restaurants, bars, boutiques and convenience stores. The MyCiti bus is less than 500 m from the apartment, offering easy access to the rest of the city.

1 guests' feedbackThe apartment was not ready at the agreed check-in time, cleaners only left at 19:00 on the Friday evening. However we were still charged a full day fee. On top of that a hostile host harassed us for a ridiculously high breakage fee of R3000 (while the website specifies R1000) while we were not even able to get into the apartment yet. Not a pleasant experience. A comfortable apartment though with beautiful views. It can do with some considerate thinking around what guests would need though.

House rules
A standard key and breakage deposit is due before or at check-in. The holding amount depends on the length of stay and the standard of the apartment and may be changed at the owner’s or management’s discretion.The holding deposit is completed through a secure link with a credit card. This is merely a hold on the amount and released within 14 days after checkout if no claims were reported. If no credit card is available for the holding deposit, the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank and reflected in the account before arrival. A bank confirmation letter will be requested to process the refund back to the guest's account.
If none of the 2 options above was actioned a refundable cash/debit card payment must be made before check-in can be completed and there would be a minimum fee of R150 applicable for the processing of the refund back to guests' account. No cash refunds will be allowed.
No keys will be handed over without the above.
Braai facilities is a gas braai and gas is provided.
A late check-in fee is applicable for check-in after 18:00.
