6 guests' feedbackOn arrival they didn't have my payment confirmed so I couldn't check in because I didn't have a room. After much struggle I did get a room. The room was not at all like on the website. The bedding had stains on it and the bathroom was dirty, and the shower also had black stains.
The room was comfortable, clean and tidy. However, there is no mirror in the room and only a very small table. There is a kettle but no mugs or coffee. When I enquired, they said coffee is given only in winter. According to my booking it was B&B. We did get the "bed", but the "breakfast" was not included, according to the receptionist. Disappointing.
Short finish. No bedside lamps, bathroom mats or extra toilet paper. Is really just a bed and 2 towels. Will not stay there again.
Room not clean, no bath mat when you get out of the bath, no glasses or cups to drink something out of. Jet bath not working, no soap to wash. Wasn't happy at all, wouldn't recommend either.
Was received without any things or stories and everything was comfortable and the lady at reception was friendly. They might look to put more channels on the TV but the rest was okay.
Will not use again. Could not even open the bedroom door - pressed against the bed.
