Maximum occupancy for the flat is 4 people.

No pets are allowed.

The use of drugs in the apartment will result in immediate eviction.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, lifts, passages, or any other public areas. Smoking is only allowed at the designated public braai area.

Please use the shower/water hose on the front lawn when returning from the beach before entering the apartment block.

Wait for the entrance gates to close securely before driving away; this is in the interest of your security and that of others (stop at the stop signs).

Please use water sparingly.

On Wednesdays, recycling bags can be left outside the apartment door before 08:00 for collection. General refuse can be disposed of in the chute; however, this should only include small bags, and no glass. Dustbins are on the ground floor; no black bags are to be left anywhere else on the premises. Please empty the dustbin before departure.

Do not hang towels or clothing items on the window rails facing the sea.

When using the laundry facilities on the second floor for washing and drying clothes, ensure that you collect your washing on time. If not, and your washing has been removed from the tubs, it will be considered a complaint.

Consistent complaints from other residents deliberately disregarding your neighbors, public areas, or any rules may result in immediate eviction without compensation.

Only beach towels may be used for the beach; white towels are not permitted. No blankets may be removed from the apartment and used as a picnic blanket or at the braai area.

If you use one of the complex trolleys to carry your suitcases or groceries, please return the trolley to the designated areas immediately after use.

To respect our neighbors and adhere to complex rules, please minimize noise such as music and loud talking before 09:00 and after 22:00.

Please ensure that all windows are closed upon check-out. Operate blinds carefully, with gentleness and respect. Leave the apartment in an orderly condition before checking out. Any defects can be reported directly to Yvonne.

Please ensure that the communal braai area is left tidy after use.

Mandatory dress code requires men to wear tops at all times within the complex, while ladies must dress appropriately. Costumes are not allowed in communal areas.

Please park only in designated public parking areas or use allocated bay 607—both are safe options. Avoid parking on yellow lines or grass.
