9 guests' feedbackThe Chateau B&B is of a very high standard with excellent linens and furniture. The room is cozy but has modern finishes. The bathroom is great and well-equipped. We loved our stay here and wish we had stayed for another night or two.
We had a nice stay. Would just like better pillows. Towels are very small.
The owner was very accommodating for check-in on a public holiday. Our stay was comfortable as a pit stop on our way to Graskop.
Self-catering unit with equipped kitchen but no sink and tap with water. Bed broke and as a result slept very badly.
Amenities are very good and parking is safe. Safe, quiet area in the heart of town. Close to places to eat. Guesthouse has a generator so load shedding is not a problem. Private remote control of the main gate is given to each guest so coming and going is easy. Will definitely use again and can recommend. Breakfast is fantastic!
Chateau B&B is a quaint little spot. We enjoyed our stay over. Being close to the main road, there was a little bit of noise, and there appeared to be some kind of gathering near the establishment. But luckily it did not carry on too late, but something to keep in mind.
For the cost per night just for the accommodation, you wouldn't expect worn out towels, no tissues, instant coffee, limited milk and no generator for the daily power cuts. Also a very limited DSTV bouquet selection.
Absolutely surprised by the room. Very neat and stylish furniture. Service exceptional. This is definitely the place to book for a stopover.
We enjoyed the stay a lot, the room was spacious and the shower wonderful. The only problem was a pressure pump that went on and off the whole time and made a lot of noise.
