Hospitably received. Had a great sleep.
Clean, peaceful accommodation.
Love this place. Will recommend to friends and family and will be back next year for the 3 day dog jumping show. So lovely to come back to a relaxing place after a whole day of competition. Tired. Lovely shower facilities to feel revitalised. My dogs managed to relax too. It is out of town in a nice quiet area.
Very calm. Covered parking for your vehicle. Should you have a trailer, there is plenty of room on the lawn for it.
What a nice place. Perfect for most of the wedding venues in the area. The owner and her son were amazing! Best service I have ever experienced at any of the places I have booked. Well done!

A great setting for a peaceful sleepover.
And that was the quarter final. We called the lady to find out if my dog was welcome and if we could watch the rugby between SA and Ireland. She assured us it was, but there were only online movies available and a big party until after 12 on the premises next door. Should please will not book in such a place again.
Safe. Carport and large space for trailer turning. Dogs have plenty of space to run around. Friendly reception and helpful. Netflix. Wi-Fi and YouTube.
Everything needed was there, only dirt road and a bit bad for a normal car, I drove a van.
Wrong turn! Only R100 difference from the place I booked the night before, yet I wish I just kept on driving past. I phoned 4 times for them to open the gate upon my arrival, I was outside for 20 mins looking for alternative places to stay and miraculously the gate then opened. At any hotel, BnB or guesthouse if you expect guests, at least remove the signs that other guests were there before you take in new clients. Unhygienic bathroom and shower facility. Dirty, smelly, mouldy room and skew, worn and broken cupboards and doors. The hair on my arms was standing upright after I had a shower, then I realised that it wasn't even my hair. Luckily I had my own bedding in the car, so I covered the bed with a neutral-smelling blanket just to sleep without worrying about who's sharing the bed with me. Unfriendly host, feels like she's doing you a favor for having you there. Still waiting for the cup of milk she offered to bring.
The owner really went out of her way to make our stay great.
Booked in the morning and got a place, was in contact with the hostess all the time to say we were going to be a little late, was no problem for her at all. Waited for us at the unit and showed us how everything works, also how we have to go out the next morning. Very friendly.
We were in Bloemfontein for an 80th birthday and Cheetah Manor was just what we were looking for for our time in Bloemfontein.
My Giant Schnauzers had to be accommodated of course, that was my main reason why I chose Cheetah Manor. We were very satisfied.
The unit was very comfortable and spacious enough to move around without difficulty. There is also sufficient space outside for our dogs to stretch their legs. Maybe a gate could just be put up at the accommodation units? The exterior could also perhaps do with renovation, but inside it is really well equipped and tidy.
Everything you need is there, place needs some attention, but still value for money.
Room is neat, TV was nice for children.
Cheetah Manor was exactly what I needed, and I will stay there again in a flash. I only have a couple of negative comments though: they should make it clear that you cannot drink the water when you book, so that you know to pack bottled water (the 5 litres they provided doesn't go far on a 30+ degree weekend when you have two dogs), and the key drop system on the day of departure was not smooth. The venue is not fancy and does not have much to do (during the day), but as a place to sleep it was perfect.
We were received very kindly and the room was clean and tidy with everything we needed and fast wi fi.
The guest house is away from the city. We always stayed in a guest house in Universitas. Cheetah is much quieter, cleaner and safer.
