4 guests' feedbackVery nice place. Couldn't use the outside table at all, the legs are broken, the chairs aren't very strong either and that's exactly why people were booked to be able to sit outside on the stoep.
This unit was very neat and well equipped, the main bedroom's ceiling needs a bit of work but everything else was perfect!

Few items to mention: You need to place assistance bars in the bath area for safety purposes. Could create unsafe area, not only for older clients but anyone. The front door also needs to be trimmed, as it cannot open fully and the ceiling in main room needs a coat of paint. Unit is fabulous and comfy, we loved it. Access to beach and tidal pool so good. Braai area clean and cleverly situated away from units. Well done. Pool area very popular too. Thanks for a memorable stay.

A breakage deposit of R 1000.00 is required per booking, which will be refunded within 7 working days of your departure, provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order.Please report any discrepancies or damages in the unit to our office within 12 working hours.
The unit is strictly non-smoking and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply could result in the forfeiture of your deposit in order to steam clean curtains, carpets and furniture.
Should we find that there are more guests staying in the unit than what we quoted on; or that the number exceeds the total allowed capacity your deposit will be forfeited.
Pet are not allowed.
Please further be advised that this unit has a TV with full DStv package, so it is not necessary to bring your own with.
Please bring with beach towels. All bath towels and bed linen are provided.
A complimentary toilet paper and guest soap is provided, but because this unit is self-catering this must be replenished at your own cost. Please also remember to bring with dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials you may want to use.
Cleaning services can be arranged for you between 8h30 to 14h30, excluding week-ends and public holidays. This must please be booked through our office at least 48 hours in advance and must be paid to us upfront and not directly to the cleaner. Please also note that this service is subject to availability of resources, especially during peak seasons.
