Friendly staff. We had a nice stay.
Loved all the SMSes and WhatsApps that kept me informed and sending co-ordinations all the time. As well as sent that they have to move us to another unit due to a burst pipe.
The place was clean and nice. They can just get new towels.
Unfortunately, we did not have such a nice stay. Cold room, no towels, no WiFi, no TV remotes in the room, which was not needed as there was no WiFi.
The photos advertised are definitely not in live bodies. There were 3 towels we were 4. Photos show you are at the pool. We were tucked away in a corner so whether it's the only family unit, I don't know. Pool was also not maintained. New towels were not given the next day either. The place also smelled very musty. Bathroom is not up to standard at all. There is a rail for a curtain to separate from where we sleep and the kids, but it's open so it's a bit awkward and the bathroom too small to get dressed and undressed and we are 2 girls and 2 men. So for the amount we paid, I would say no, I have found much better places that are neater with you at a much more affordable price. I think new photos may need to be taken.
It was not as in pictures, which was disappointing and our room was not cleaned up to standard. The sheets and bed covers for main room were used for previous people.
Overall impression was not good at all. Appearance needs a lot of work. Rooms were clean and beds slept great. Bathrooms were shocking, needs a lot of work. Breakfast was tasty, but service and appearance in the dining room needs attention.
Room says 3 people can sleep but the third bed is an excuse for a bed. Very uncomfortable, no one to greet you when arrived at the reception. Price is too high for a place like that.
Had a great sleep and a great meal in their on-site restaurant.

Loved the modern upgrade to the rooms, would have liked DSTV as an option to watch TV but other than that it was lovely.
