The owners went out of their way to make us comfortable.
This visit was so pleasant. The hostess Riana makes sure everything is perfect and makes you feel so at home. Everything you need is available. The amenities are 100%. Will definitely use Chianti's again.
My husband and I spent our honeymoon here 5 years ago and now we were back for our 5th year wedding anniversary with our 5 month old. We had a great time with great hospitality.
We had a great holiday, the house is very nice and spacious with lots of space, even though we were a lot of people. The children could also enjoy playing on the large yard without bothering anyone. Thank you Riana and Andre for the hospitality.

Riana and Andre were the best hostess and host we have ever stayed with. The place was clean, tidy and very comfortable.
Owners went out of their way to make us feel at home, and the accommodation was clean, tidy and luxurious. Will definitely stay there again.
I stayed in the family unit which was dusty and dirty and was not cleaned before we arrived. The dishes had oily residue on it and the couches were very uncomfortable had an unpleasant smell. Although the unit is self catering it has very basic dishes and the fridge leaks. I feel that this unit was overpriced.
Big and beautiful house. Service was helpful. Will definitely consider staying here again. Really nothing to complain about. Only suggestion is to maybe replace the stove (it works, but rusted) and then repair here and there, e.g. scanner from master bedroom closet. Our DStv decoder also did not work, and after a conversation with DStv itself, the feedback was that it is an installation problem. Not recording it, because we wanted to have a nice vacation rather than watch TV.
Very nice stay, locked garage and gate is great. Customer service what great. Place is big enough and everything is tidy. All that was bad, in season we couldn't swim at Port Edward beach, it was too busy. We drove to Glenmore sands, at least not too far. Nice quiet place.
We were very impressed with the accommodation and Chianti's very caring hosts Andre and Riana. The place was impeccable and well organised. Chianti is also a very secure location and close to the beach. The accommodation has everything you would want for a comfortable stay. We will definitely visit again. Highly recommended.
From the moment we arrived there until we unfortunately had to go home 3 days later we were comfortable and felt at home. Everything was top quality and value for money. Will definitely go again.

There is only 1 problem with the place, and that is once you are there you don't want to go back home. It is better than a five star: neat, clean and very beautiful. Would recommend anyone to go there and I would definitely go back again but for a longer period of time. We enjoyed it very much and the owners are very friendly. Chianti's self catering is an 11 out of 10.
We had a very nice stay here. The units are very neat and have everything you need. The house is walking distance from the beach. Riana was fantastic and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Serene - it was like we were the only ones in the whole of Port Edward. You'll definitely see us again. Next time I'll bring my 13 year old as between the beach and the lovely pool at the Unit, I know they'll have a blast. Two words aptly sum up the experience "Perfectly Flawless". Easy access to the bustling small centre, to visiting the Portuguese shipwreck site, to the great Bootleggers pub, down to the drive to the Crayfish Inn (Ramsgate) for our lunches. There were only big smiles all around at this experience. The booking from the time I searched it on the net until after the confirmation, was smooth sailing. Will definately use TravelGround again and return to Chianti's Self Catering. Many hugs from Lola.

Location is quiet as it is located beyond main street. The owners are excellent, friendly and try to help you in every respect. The smallest Unit was more than sufficient for 2 persons, as it was well equipped and furnished with a good taste. This was the best choice of our 5 different self-catering accommodations during our trip along the Eastern Coast.
Everything about Chianti's was brilliant, Riana and Andre are a lovely couple who makes you feel welcome and at home definately recommended and will definately go back thank you again Riana and Andre
