House is big enough to accommodate 7 people. Less than 1 km from Shelly Beach Mall. Very neat with a large yard for the animal children. The only comment is that the front fence that separates the neighbours' yard should be raised. Otherwise great and would definitely stay there again.

It is a neat big house that is right on the beach. However, there is a parking area very close to the house and every night of the week there were people partying on the beach right where we walk out onto the beach. So we walked every morning with a black bag to clean up all the mess. The entire beach area was regularly full of rubbish including pieces of glass. It's a real shame because otherwise it would have been the ideal holiday spot. It is also walking distance to the swimming beach. It would also have been nice if we were forewarned to bring bath towels and cleaning supplies. We really enjoyed the holiday.
The location is great, right by the beach just a few meters to walk. The customer service is excellent. A microwave oven was replaced with a brand new one within an hour. There is everything you need for a vacation. Shopping centers are all within walking distance.
Absolutely loved our stay, plenty of space for the kids to run around, so close to the beach and just all round great.

Please note that guests may be asked to vacate the premises with immediate effect if they fail to comply with the rules.
The refundable breakage deposit fee is payable 2 weeks before arrival and is not included in the rate.
Damages and breakage deposits are refundable, pending their inspection after departure and are refunded as follows:
All low and high season refunds will be refunded roughly 2 weeks (14 days working days), after departure.
All peak season refunds will be refunded 1 month after departure.
